Police have arrested a suspect who is accused of allegedly abducting an 11-year-old girl at knifepoint.
Miguel Navarro, 20, of Woonsocket, RI, was arrested Wednesday afternoon. He is accused of kidnapping the young girl while she was walking alone to school around 7:40 a.m. on Willow Street.
