A former J.D. Meisler Middle School teacher has been arrested on allegations of indecent behavior with a 12-year-old student, acts that were caught on videotape, a Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office arrest report said.
Stephanie Giambelluca, 24, of 1310 West Esplanade Ave., Kenner, was booked Wednesday with molestation of a juvenile, indecent behavior with a juvenile and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, the arrest report said. She resigned from Meisler on Monday, according to Jeff Nowakowski, spokesman for the Jefferson Parish public school system.
