A Santa Maria couple has been arrested for allegedly using drugs and witchcraft to seduce a 15-year-old girl into a sexual relationship.
Thirty-year-old Sean Pelino and his wife, 28-year-old Rachelle Pelino, were arrested at their home Wednesday. Bail has been set at one-quarter of a million dollars each.
The couple's two young children were taken into protective custody.
A tip from a relative of the alleged 15-year-old victim led to the arrests.
Police Sergeant Dan Ast says the girl was lured through the Wicca religion and ceremonial witchcraft and drugs.
