Man, 33, Charged With Child Exploitation

Oxford police arrested a man after they claim he came to a home expecting a 14-year-old girl to be waiting alone.

Clinton E. Fuqua, 33, of Oxford, was charged Wednesday night with child exploitation. Bond was set at $50,000.
