Still, David Keck drove from Coconut Creek to Boynton Beach to have sex with her Sunday, authorities said.
When the 46-year-old got there, he was arrested.
The "girl" was really Boynton Beach investigator Toby Athol.
Keck was charged with solicitation of a minor, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
