Baltimore County man has been arrested and charged with distribution and possession of child pornography.
Joseph A. Nawrocki, 46, of the 800 block of Brunswick Road in Essex is charged with four counts of distributing child pornography and six counts of possessing child pornography, according to a news release from the Maryland State Police.
