Family and friends describe the 23-year-old as a caring and generous person. But last Wednesday the high school Valedictorian and Westpoint cadet was arrested on charges he killed of 22-year-old Derrick Osborne.
Fairmont police say Taylor fired multiple shots during the slaying.
