An Alliance man is behind bars accused in the kidnapping and rape of a 16-year-old girl.
Police say 18-year-old Orvin Brunner, Jr. kidnapped the unidentified girl early Tuesday morning as she was waiting for the school bus.
Police say the victim told them she was held for 14 hours and was beaten and raped.
