A Hopatcong man sought a lower bail on charges he distributed child pornography over peer-to-peer file sharing software, a rare and technical accusation that involves "new-age criminal law," his public defender said.
Prosecutors allege Kevin Knarr, 25, used LimeWire software on his computer to share files of children involved in sexual acts.
