A city man is accused of raping a 12-year-old girl he met on Myspace.com.
Bienvenido Garcia, 19, was arrested Wednesday morning by members of the U.S. Marshals Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force.
He was charged with first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.
