A Plover man was placed on a $50,000 cash bond Thursday in Waupaca County Circuit Court on multiple felony sex abuse charges allegedly involving a 12-year-old boy.
Christopher Martz, 24, was charged with five counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 13, three counts of causing a child to view sexual activity and child enticement.
According to the criminal complaint, the assaults occurred in June and July of this year in Waupaca at the boy’s residence.
Martz had a relationship with the boy’s mother and often stayed over at the house, according to the complaint.
