An 18-year-old Millville man was arrested by Lower Township Police Friday for allegedly sexually assaulting a 12 year old.
Frank Kelley, of Woodlawn Drive, was charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, and was lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center in lieu of $200,000 cash or bond, according to police.
Reports indicate police were contacted Friday by a concerned parent regarding online communications that had been occurring on MySpace.com between her 12-year-old child and another subject, later identified as Kelley.
