Man Found Guilty In MySpace Sex Case

Full story and MySpace profile:

Jurors on Thursday returned a guilty verdict for a 25-year-old Indialantic man who used the Internet to set up a sexual encounter with an undercover officer posing as a 15-year-old girl.
This was the first conviction in Brevard County on a charge of computer solicitation of a child.

Matthew Adsit faces up to five years in prison at his May 15 sentencing for being found guilty of one count of the third-degree felony.

Jurors deliberated for about 40 minutes before returning with their decision about 5 p.m.

Adsit had no visible reaction when the verdict was read. His girlfriend began to cry quietly in the back row of the courtroom.
