A 32-year-old man was arrested by Ocala police Wednesday and charged with unlawful sexual activities with a minor.
Officials said they got a tip from a 17-year-old girl's boyfriend that the girl was with Eric V. Wascak having sex and doing drugs.
Police found Wascak and interviewed him. Wascak said he found the teen through MySpace.com and admitted to having sex with her.
The girl first denied any involvement but later said there was sexual contact, claiming she was under the influence of marijuana.
