An Alameda County prosecutor wants to shut down the MySpace page set up by the mother of a young woman charged with using her car as a murder weapon. The mother says the prosecutor's action is unconstitutional.
Laura Rangel set up her MySpace page a year ago as a way of getting public attention for her daughter Laura Medina's plight. It's also a vicarious way for friends and her daughter to communicate.
