A Lakewood man who was one of 39 people arrested in a statewide investigation into sharing of child pornography on the Internet pleaded guilty Tuesday to possessing pictures of children engaged in sex.
Matthew Foberg, 22, of Marlin Avenue pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography on Jan. 25, 2005.
He admitted to Superior Court Judge Wendel E. Daniels that he downloaded the pornography onto his home computer.
