On Dec. 31, police arrested 26-year-old Ferndale resident Douglas Brian Wall on five counts of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree for repeated sex acts with a 15-year-old Madison Heights girl.
According to Detective Lt. Bill Wilson, Wall and the girl communicated regularly over the Internet via MySpace.com.
