A Hudson Falls man has been charged with raping a female at a Subway restaurant on Route 4 on Thursday.
Anthony J. Miller, 20, of 5 Martindale Terrace, was employed by Subway when he allegedly raped the victim in the restaurant Thursday evening, said Washington County Sheriff Roger LeClaire.
Miller faces a charge of first-degree rape, a felony.
LeClaire refused to specify how the crime occurred, but he said the attack was stopped when someone entered the store, sounding the bell on the door. That person, however, did not see what was happening, LeClaire said.
