Using the screen name “eldoradorocker,” El Dorado resident Patrick Webb allegedly engaged in more than a dozen sexually charged Internet chat sessions with someone he believed to be a 14-year-old Newport girl, court documents show.
Working undercover, Jackson County Sheriff David Lucas played the part of the girl.
