Rape and sexual battery charges were lodged against a man accused of forcing himself on a woman early Monday at her apartment, a Murfreesboro detective reported.
Suspect Quintus T. Brazelton, 21, of 1211 Hazelwood St. was charged later Monday with both counts after an investigation by Detective James Abbott.
