A Gallatin middle school teacher has been arrested, charged with two felonies and ordered to have no contact with minors after a 17-year-old told authorities that she had sex with him over the summer, court records show.
James Gregory Davis, 28, a sixth-grade reading teacher at Shafer Middle School, faces two statutory rape charges for his alleged sexual involvement with a high school student, according to a police affidavit.
