A popular history teacher at Rialto High School has been arrested on suspicion of lewd acts with a minor.
Fontana police said officers found Matthew Cepican, called "Mr. C" by students, about 8 p.m. Monday with a 16-year-old Rialto girl in his car in a remote area at the north end of the city.
The 31-year-old San Bernardino man was arrested on suspicion of committing lewd or lascivious acts with a minor and booked into the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga.
