Two Arrested In Church Burglaries

Full story and MySpace profile:

Anchorage police have arrested two teenagers on charges that they broke into an Eagle River church.

Moisae Martushev and Jourdain Wilson, both 18, were arrested Tuesday and made their first court appearance at the Anchorage jail Wednesday.

Police say they are responsible for burglaries in and around Anchorage. On Wednesday, prosecutors charged them only with a burglary at the Korean Baptist Church in Eagle River but said 11 more felony counts would be filed today.

The teenagers tried to pawn stolen goods -- including a laptop computer, video camera and guitar -- in Anchorage shops, according to the charges filed by prosecutors in Anchorage District Court.
