Then arrested again a week later:
A man who had already been arrested last week for sending inappropriate messages to several young girls on MySpace was arrested yet again yesterday after police say he had kissed and fondled a 13-year-old girl.
21-year-old David Poplin, of Columbia South Carolina, allegedly admitted to fondling the girl.
He is currently being held at the Richland County Detention Center.
