Suspect receives probation, no jail:
Back in 2006 I told you about the case of Mark Pauga here and here.
To refresh your memory, he was the man who police who originally accused of assaulting a teenage boy that he had met on MySpace.
Yesterday, Pauga was sentenced to 100 hours of public service and a $1,500 fine, he will also serve two years of probation and avoid jail.
Prosecutors had reduced the charges because they were only able to prove at least one of them.
