Suspect jailed on $100,000 bond:
A Four Oaks North Carolina teen has been arrested and charged with statutory rape after allegedly having sex with a girl whom he had met on MySpace.
The girl, who is said to be 13-years-old met up with 19-year-old Daniel Sosa at his home where the alleged rape took place.
According to police, Sosa is an addmited gang member.
