Girl was only 13:
A Chicago, Illinois mas has been arrested after allegedly engaging in sexual activity with a 13-year-old girl whom he had met on MySpace.
Police say Juan Hernandez had sex with the girl when she skipped class one day to go meet him at his residence.
Hernandez has been charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
