Suspect thought he was chatting with girl, 15:
Police in the state of Texas have arrested a 27-year-old El Paso man after he allegedly arranged to meet an undercover police officer posing as a 15-year-old for sex.
Ivan Adrian Alvarado, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with online solicitation of a minor
Alvarado has been booked in jail on $25,000 bond.
