James Lass Gets Prison For MySpace Sex Trip

A New York man has been sentenced to a year in jail after he and two others traveled to Ohio to engage in sexual activity with several underage girls they had met on MySpace.

James Lass, 21, of Brattsburg, was sentenced yesterday on charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and sexual battery.

Lass was arrested last year when he and two others, Michael Wightman, 19, and Anthony Edinger, 20, drove from the state of Ohio to the city of Vermilion, New York, to meet two 14-year-old's and one 15-year-old.

Lass was found in a bed by police when they took him into custody.

Wightman has already served his sentence after pleading to a misdemeanor charge. Meanwhile, Edinger is currently awaiting his sentence after entering a guilty plea.
