Kevin Siegmann, a switch systems operator stationed in Europe, was charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child following the alleged incident early Sunday morning.
Police say Siegmann was at the Marriott Hotel in Regency when he had met several girls at a cafe there and subsequently later followed one of them into the women's restroom on the main floor where the reported assault occurrred.
The victim reporteldy could be heard screaming, according to WOWT, an NBC affiliate in Omaha.
Siegmann, who is married with children, was later found by police at a neighboring hotel.

She is deployed, serving our country and I am sure this is completly devestating to her. Maybe you should look at the date it was posted. It was posted before the incident. Also The media has really took this one for a ride. You notice that every story is different? I know him and he is a really nice guy. Don't let this one incident mislead you. He touched a girl on the leg. that is all that happened. After he got married and the birth of his child, he contacted me again. It was shortly after the birth of the child! He said, he is still single and wanted to meet me. Of course, I didnt met him.
