A Loveland, Colorado man has been arrested by police on accusations that he attacked two female hikers.
James Jud Bondstell, 38, is believed to have attacked the two women near the Commanche Peak Wilderness in rural Larimer County.
Police say both women, 38 & 46, fought off Mr. Bondstell with their hands and a hiking stick.
Bondstell is then alleged to have grabbed one of the women and held a knife to her throat. The women again were able to fight him off and call for help.
The unemployed truck driver from Oregon is now currently being held on $100,000 bond.
