Acting on a tip, police arrested Damien French, 22, of Evansville, Indiana, for downloading and sharing child porn. Described as cooperative, he has admitted to using two file-share programs to download approximately 50 files, and viewing his materials once a week while pleasuring himself.
French is charged with four counts of child exploitation. He insists that he has never actually touched a child. Four computers have been seized from his home. Bond has not been set at this time.
