Sex Offender Posed On MySpace As 13-Year-Old Girl

Suspect arrested on kiddy porn charges:

A 49-year-old Tier-2 level convicted sex offender in Nevada has been arrested on child pornography charges.

Richard Allan Cassady was arrested at his Reno apartment on Wednesday following an investigation into his alleged acitivites.

Cassady, who calls himself "Reno Rick", was charged with five counts of possession of child pornography and distribution.

Police say he had also been posing as a 13-year-old girl on MySpace looking to befriend others around that age.

Bail was set at $57,000.
