MySpace Contact Leads To Arrest

Girl's mother contacts police, suspect arrested:

A Las Cruces, New Mexico man has been arrested by police after allegedly engaging in sexual activity with an 11-year-old girl he met on MySpace.

Zachery R. Robertson, 19, has been charged with two first-degree felony counts of criminal sexual penetration of a child under 13 and three counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor.

Detectives working the case say Robertson went to a local mall to pick the girl up and later reportedly engaged in sexual activity with her on at least two different occasions.

I believe I have located the MySpace profile of Mr. Robertson (birth date and location are an exact match) but the first name is spelt slightly different, so I will not be posing the profile.
