Police: Suspect sent photos of himself molesting young girl

Clifton, Colorado - Robert Brewster, 38, was arrested in an online sex sting where he thought he was chatting with a 13-year-old girl. The 'girl' turned out to be a pedo trolling undercover cop in Kentucky. Brewster was obliging enough to send 250 sexually explicit photos, some of them involving girls from ages 6 to 12. He also sent photos of himself sexually assaulting a young girl as she slept on his couch. Busto!



Brewster is a 'strange, not normal person', which he readily admits on his MySpace account, 'celticsword'. He's interested in the occult and likes to play dress up in unflattering costumes. (I especially like the stuffed sausage outfit.) He further claims to have 'far too many interests and abilities' to list. Hmm... or maybe they're just too illegal to list. In addition to having a MySpace, Hambeast maintains Facebook and Friendster accounts.

Rob Brewster is currently relaxing in the Mesa County Jail for sexual assault of a child. Bond has not been set at this time.

Police Looking For Charles Edward Leonard In MySpace Sex Case

Police in Pennsylvania are currently looking for a 43-year-old York man after he allegedly posed as a cancer stricken teen on MySpace in order to lure a then 15-year-old girl for sex.

The now 17-year-old told CBS affiliate WHPTV that she befriended the man on MySpace in 2006 after he claimed to be a 19-year-old male from Australia who was here in the U.S. and placed in the witness protection program following the murder of his down syndrome brother who had been killed by the backpack killer.

What?

Regardless, the suspect also claimed to have been going through chemotherapy (he had brain tumors) but the girl now believes that he used that story to draw sympathy from her in order to sexually assault her.

The teen reportedly had been corresponding with the suspect for at least a year (she was 14 then) before she finally met up with him the next year at age 15 when the alleged assault took place.

"He said that he had brain tumors and that going through the [chemotherapy] was taking a toll on him and if I really loved him that I would do [sexual] things for him," the teen said."

The man identified as 43-year-old Charles Edward Leonard, of York, used two aliases, Anaki Leonard and Anaki Basmajiano, according to court documents.

Interestingly, the mother of the victim actually met the 43-year-old:

"I met with the guy once or twice on my own and talked to him, got my feel for the guy," said the girls mother, who wants to remain anonymous. "I felt like he was fine and he got welcomed to the family."

Almost unbelievable, huh?

But detectives say it really did happen and called the mom two years later telling her Leonard's entire story was in fact a lie.

The bald skinny man was then arrested and charged with four felonies including statutory sexual assault.

He later then fled the liberty state before sentencing could took place in a York country courtroom.

Leonard is last believed to have been seen at a homeless shelter in Dallas, Texas.

Update, Jan 2011: Mickle is now facing more than 70 additional charges after being arrested again in October, 2010.

Philly, PA - Volunteer girls' soccer coach, Vincent Mickle, 33, has been arrested for luring and corrupting young teens on a fake MySpace account. Claiming to be 18, he friended girls between the ages of 14 - 16 and began trading sexually explicit pictures online.

According to Philadelphia Police Captain John Darby, "This male really acted as a predator … he took his time, he was patient. The photo sharing then escalated into personal contact. Police say in several cases, Mickle allegedly offered them alcohol and marijuana and then engaged in sexual activities."


Mickle's activities came to light after one 16-year old girl contacted police. After meeting up with him, she realized he was so not 18-years-old, and declined to have sex with him. Maybe all that grey hair gave him away... that and looking fat and forty. Anyhow, the girl freaked out when Mickle showed up at her field hockey game. Some people can't seem to take no for an answer.

To make a long story short, the soccer coach's computer was seized and six juvenile victims were found that he had met in person. Police say Mickle's activities had been going on since 2007. He doesn't have a MySpace account with his real name/age, however, he is on Facebook and appears to be a father of a young girl.

In addition to a charge of statutory sexual assault, Vincent Mickle faces charges of indecent exposure and corrupting the morals of a minor. His bond has been set at $300,000.

Younger girls... older guys....?

i am an older guy and have experienced relationships with younger girls , and now im not turned on by girls my age(32) as much as i am younger girls. I know this might sound bad but the girls my age are mostly scorn , divorce , have kids , and all of that definitely is a turnoff.

i never have a problem hooking up or meeting girls of all ages, but i'm more interested in a girl that isnt scorn and appreciates the relationship more..

i was even with a girl that was 18 and we got along great and went out for like a year...

so i guess i'm wondering why people think it is wrong if we treat each good, and what is the cutoff age?

Garrison Geho Finds Prey At A Daddy/Daughter Dance .

12-year-old had become separated from father.

Kirksville, MO ~ A 12-year-old girl had became separated from her father at the 11th annual Daddy/Daughter dance. Garrison Geho, 17, decided to step up and help out the young girl. He led her outside the building and started molesting her, which he refers to as "making out". The victim stated that he wouldn't stop when she asked him to. Her mother contacted the police.

When questioned by police, Geho admitted his actions and to knowing that the girl was only 12-years-old. I have no idea why he would be at such an event, other than 300 plus girls in attendance .... quite a buffet for a predator who prefers to play with no grass on the field.


Garrison Geho, aka King Gear, has a couple of MySpace accounts, going by the handles, talkater2010 and arbiterfreak. A freak indeed, he states, "let the pure hatred flow through my hands as i snap your neck...Drink Your Blood...and throw u down...Who's Next...?"

Geho was charged with first-degree child molestation, a class B felony. He is now kicking back in the Adair County Jail, with a bond set at $100,000, cash only. He might be there for a while.

Police Arrest Michael Bruce Shaw On Child Porn Charges

Colorado--Following the post by Katze regarding Midwestern gangsta wannabe "y0uNg $av@Ge", comes another twentysomething white male raised in part by Hollywood and Time Warner, "SlimThug038" or as he is recognized in the so-called real life; Michael Bruce Shaw.

From the Post Independent:

"According to a Garfield County Sheriff's Office news release, the investigation began March 6, when a Park County Sheriff's Office detective covering Internet crimes against children observed several files being offered from a specific Internet Protocol (IP) address in Glenwood Springs. From this IP address, the detective downloaded 25 images containing sexually explicit material involving children under the age of 18 years old."

Then on March 25th, detectives executed a search warrant at his grandmother's residence where Shaw reportedly lives.

It was there they recovered at least 3 computers but quickly (or is that obviously?) were able to narrow it down to just the 22-year-old residing there:

"The Sheriff's Office news release said investigators recovered at least 50 images from the computer's hard drive that depicted children under the age of 18 engaged in, observing or being used for explicit sexual conduct."

On his above MySpace account, Shaw claims to be an engaged "proud parent" and although he did "grauate" High School with 3.8 GPA, writes that's he's really getting tired of "those girls who are just in it for the money".

What money would that be Mr. Shaw?

Perhaps he means the series of pictures which were obviously photoshopped on his profile.

Oh, the glamor of it all!

For Mr. Shaw at least he finally got that mug shot out there by police, now I guess he really intends to prove to all his future "bitches" and "hoes" what a badass with a record is really like!

Too bad for him it's on kiddy porn charges...

Police: Tessa Van Vlerah Raped Own Daughter

Professor also took part in alleged crime:

A 20-year-old Missouri woman and a 46-year-old San Francisco university professor have both been arrested after they allegedly took pictures of themselves raping and sodomizing a little 1-year-old girl.

Tessa Van Vlerah, 20, from Ballwin and 46-year-old Cal State East Bay professor Kenneth Kyle, are both facing multiple charges including statutory rape in the first degree, first degree statutory sodomy and promoting child pornography in the first degree.

Van Vlerah is also facing a charge of Incest since it was her own 13 month old daughter that was assaulted

Kyle was apprehended after returning from a trip to Europe while Van Vlerah was arrested at her home in Ballwin earlier this week.

Agents say they learned of the two after they discovered the good professor (and author) had been exchanging child pornography online with others.

On her now deleted MySpace profile (saved via dkoms) Van Vlerah had written the following on her "About Me" section:

"Ok then ...this is me ( for all you people who dont know my name its Tessa...SSA for short..^-^...and if you want to IM me on aol my SN is tessavanv ) I am Veg and i like to be that way to it makes me happy.I can be pritty quiet when you first meet me but that will all change. I am pritty funny when i want to be and i just like to have fun and hang out with my friends. If you have any thing you want to say to me leave me a comment."

Church Leader David Lanham Charged With Molestation

A Florida music teacher for the Royal Child Academy in Summerfield has been charged with 18 counts of criminal acts involving children, including four counts of lewd and lascivious molestation, one count of lewd and lascivious conduct, 12 counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition and one count of child abuse.

Police believe between early 2009 and 2010, David Solomon Lanham, of Ocala, had kissed, fondled, shoved to the ground and sexually assaulted at least four different children between the ages of 5 and 11.

According to the Ocala Star-Banner, the 29-year-old is also a "worship leader" at the Open Door Community Church, where the school is located.

The investigation began on March 13th, when parents of one of the victims contacted police after their child had told them that Lanham had touched his "private area".

Lanham is also accused of kissing another young boy and making him touch his (Lanham's) genital area as well as performing a sexual act on an 11-year-old in a bathroom while attending a summer camp.

That child also claims he was molested at the school.

A short biography of Mr. Lanham on the church website reads the following:

David has been involved in music at a very young age. David came from a very musical family. At age 4 David asked his mom to teach him piano. David learned his first song that day. It sparked something inside David and he craved music. David has taken many years of piano and after he graduated high school he served as a pianist for three years at Chili's After School Coral at "Colinas Del Norte Elementary School in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Since moving to Florida David has been serving as a pianist and worship director for Open Door Community Church as well he is involved in a community choir called "United in Praise".

Some members of the church reportedly also heard rumors about Lanham and young boys but unfortunately brushed it off as nothing more than just mere rumors.

The abuse is also believed to have begun as early as January of 2009.

He now resides at the Marion County Jail.

On his above MySpace profile, Laham appears to operate his own business, "D.L. Productions" and on this site writes that he does video production for a living. He also has a private Facebook found here.

Charles Kolowski Arrested For Child Porn

A married man from New York has been charged with possession of a sexual performance of a child following an investigation by the State Police Computer Crimes Unit.

Charles J. Kolowski, 39, of Fonda, remains at Montgomery County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $20,000 bond.

He is scheduled to reappear in court tomorrow.

Custodian Zayne McDonald Charged In Kiddy Porn Case

A custodian working at Oklahoma State University was arrested on two counts of possession of child pornography.

Zayne Timothy Tyler McDonald, 20, of Yale, was apprehended by authorities after he reportedly rented a laptop from the schools' library where upon returning an employee found images that appeared to be of children on his rented computer.

The employee then stopped "cleaning" the computer and immediately contacted OSU police.

During a search warrant of McDonald's backpack, police allegedly found a thumb drive that also contained material of children in sexual act.

He has since entered a not guilty plea.

Wiccan Murder Suspect Angela Sanford Appears In Court

A 30-year-old New Mexico woman has been arrested for the murder of a 52-year-old man.

Angela Sanford, of Albuquerque, is accused of using a Wiccan Dagger to stab Joel Leyva 13 times near a popular hiking trail in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains sometime on Monday evening.

Police say the two had met about a week earlier at a local area casino and exchanged phone numbers. Later, it is alleged that Sanford invited Mr. Leyva to celebrate a Wiccan ritual for spring.

When confronted by police, Sanford told them that she had been raped by the victim but a further investigation revealed that the incident did not happen.

Pot Smoking Youth Minister Dwight Bullock Charged With Child Molestation

A 50-year-old Texas man working as a Youth Minister for a local church has been arrested for aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Dwight Leonard Bullock, of Jasper, was apprehended by authorities following telephone calls from multiple parents who had told them that their children might have been possibly molested by the youth minister employed by the Moore Chapel CME Church.

After the alleged victims were examined, police powered with a search warrant; went to his home where they reportedly discovered various pictures of children being sexually abused by Bullock on his personal computer.

They also state they recovered Marijuana at home in Jasper, which might explain why he was charged with aggravated sexual assault.

Bullock had also been a government employee with the Texas Department of Human Services in order to study a drainage issue according to KJAS Radio.

Brian Garrett Charged In Child Porn Case

A California man was arrested earlier this week on child pornography charges after he sent a 15-year-old girl he met over the Internet a digital camera so she could take sexually explicit pictures of herself and send them to him.

Brian Robert Garrett, 25, of Turlock, had allegedly posed online as a female in order to befriend the young teen. The victim was then suppose to take sexually related pictures of herself so the fake female (that Garrett created) could subsequently show the pictures to a fake cousin.

And according to the Wisconsin Rapids Daily Tribune:

"Garrett asked the girl to send him sexually explicit photos and she complied, Berres said. He requested more photos and when she said no, he threatened to post the ones he already had on the Internet. When the girl told Garrett she broke her camera, he sent her a new one by overnight express delivery."

Investigators fear Garrett may have also been communicating with girls from all over the country.

On his above MySpace profile, Brian writes that he's a "good guy" who's just trying to make people happy and urges people to get to know him.

Now the whole world knows just how nice of a guy Brian Garrett really is.

And we didn't even have to get to know him...

HIV Positive Suspect Charged After Using MySpace To Assault Boy

A Texas man has been arrested on charges of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child after allegedly engaging in sexual activity with a 15-year-old Indiana boy that he had met on MySpace.

Kevin Lee Sellars, 49, reportedly had coerced the teen into sexual acts for around a 10 day period in December at his home in Houston.

Sellars, who is HIV Positive, was also found to be in possession of child pornography after being charged on Friday.

The teen is believed to have flown into the area after Mr. Sellars had paid his plane ticket.

Sellars MySpace profile has since been deleted.

Sergeant Dustin Hogan Arrested For Sex Assault Of Two Girls, 8 & 9

Alabama--At only 30 a decorated army sergeant has been arrested by police on 36 counts of possession of child pornography charges.

Dustin Hogan, originally of Flora, Illinois, was taken into custody after officers say they discovered pictures and videos of him sexually assaulting two young girls only 8 and 9.

The content discovered on his personal computer were so disturbing that detectives in the case were quoted as saying they were "the worst images they've seen in law enforcement" apparently the judge in the case took their word on that and subsequently set bond at over 5 million dollars.

Investigators also found marijuana, drug paraphernalia, a controlled substance and a pair of night vision goggles valued at $7,000 at his residence in New Brockton that had been recently stolen from a helicopter crash.

Hogan has also been charged with the arson following an incident in jail when he reportedly asked his mother to burn down his home in order to presumably destroy any evidence of the alleged crimes.

Todd Norton's Wife Caught Him Looking At Child Porn

A California man has been arrested after his now estranged wife allegedly caught him looking at child pornography on the family's personal computer.

Todd Michael Norton, 43, was apprehended after officers served a search warrant at his home in De Luz where they reportedly discovered various images and videos of children in "sexual positions".

After the incident his wife of four years left Norton and filed for divorce.

An enraged Norton then later contacted his soon to be ex-wife's cell and told her that he would "shoot up her house" if she took custody of their child.

Bail has since been set at $50,000.

Police: Melissa Engelhardt Killed Her Stepson Alex

Poison related to Anti-Freeze found in child's body, states medical examiner:

After a four month investigation conducted by police a 24-year-old New York woman has been arrested after she allegedly killed her 21-month-old stepson by poising him.

Melissa S. Engelhardt, of Elmira, faces a charge of first-degree manslaughter in the November death of little Andrew Cianfrini.

Police believe Engelhardt gave the child a juice drink that reportedly contained methanol, a common ingredient found in anti-freeze.

Englehardt, who is currently pregnant, also has a one-year-old child with her current husband.

Men Arrested In MySpace Sex Crimes

California--A 35-year-old Los Angeles man was arrested after he allegedly sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl he met on MySpace.

Samuel Francisco reportedly had kidnapped the teen from her middle school.

He was found hiding under a bundle of clothes at his apartment.

Texas--Richard Wayne Knowles, of Rusk, was arrested by police in early March after he was accused of engaging in a sexually explicit conversation via MySpace with a 13-year-old girl.

The 19-year-old is believed to have known the child's age.

New Mexico--Michael Thurlo, of Las Cruces, has been charged with 12 counts of sexual exploitation of a child after he allegedly met two young girls, 13 and 14, over the popular social networking website.

Several nude images of the victims were identified on his cell phone.

North Carolina--A 38-year-old man was charged with child abduction after allegedly kidnapping a 15-year-old girl that he also met on MySpace.

William David Williams, of Mooresville, reportedly kept the Georgia teen at his home for around a 10 day period.

He was arrested earlier this week.

New York--Adam Larson, 26, was taken into custody after police say he collected cell phone numbers from young teen girls on MySpace and Facebook and sent sexual related text messages and pictures to their cell phones.

Authorities say he also offered his apartment located in Jamestown to anyone who felt like running away from home.

Louisiana--A federal grand jury indicted a 38-year-old man after he allegedly had sex with with several underage girls he met using MySpace as well as several other social networking websites.

Michael G. Meany Jr., of Metairie, is believed to have posed as a teenage boy in order to become "friends" with the victims he had met.

Court records state Meany had some 200 underage friends on MySpace.

He has been charged with aggravated sexual abuse, production of child pornography, two counts of coercion and enticement of a minor, transferring obscene material to a minor and receiving child pornography.

Profiles Of A Predator: Teacher Michael Thomas Wilson

A 25-year-old substitute teacher from Indiana has been arrested by Federal Agents after he allegedly amassed over 90,000 pictures and videos of children engaged in sexual activity.

Yes, boys & girls that's 90,000...

Michael Thomas Wilson, 26, of Valparasio, first came to the attention of investigators after they identified his username, "Wilson49332", to an individual who had been previously been convicted in 2007 on child pornography charges.

According to the Post-Tribune, the unidentified convicted man maintained a web account with the now defunct Google operated website, "Hello", which at the time allowed people to share various files with other online users.

One of the screen names on the site was the aforementioned "Wilson49332", which investigators eventually traced back to the Valparaiso University graduate student.

After detectives paid a visit to his Indiana home they reportedly discovered thousands and thousands of files containing child pornography, some including images of a baby only a mere 4-months-old.

Besides being an active substitute teacher and overseeing numerous children in the states of Colorado, Indiana and Kentucky, Wilson also maintained an interest in autistic kids as is evident from his LinkedIn account.

On it, Wilson list the following as just some of his rather impressive credentials:

"Working with children and young adults (ages 6-26) diagnosed with Autism having a developmental disability in creating Individual Support Plans.
Tracking and creating community and daily living goals.
Creating daily educational activities and ensuring client safety.
Provide in home habilitation services in absence of parent/gaurdians."

The single twentysomething also states that he worked as a band teacher while living in the state of Kentucky.

Also included in his massive resume, found as well on his personal site here, Wilson claims to be the program administrator and webmaster of blessinginabackpack.com, a site that is "designed to help meet the nutritional needs of children and families."

However his name is nowhere to be found on the site nor is it registered in his name.

Wilson was also a frequent user on "medhelp.org", in which he wrote:

"I am a social worker with a concentration of kids in schools, however I am also studying to be a child psychologist at the moment. I have been working in schools for the past three years. I have a BA in Psychology, a MEd in Special Education, and a MS in Social Work with School Concentration, now working on my EdSp in School Psychology."

There he gave various advice from anyone needing information regarding children who suffer from spontaneous urination or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

He also did the same using the screen name, "allukcatsbaby", over on Yahoo! Answers, where he is a "Top Contributor" of nearly 3,000 post .

Odd since his actual profile identifies his age as being only 16.

Wilson also used the AOL name, "thourman".

Regardless his favorite handle, "Wilson49332", links him to a Russian operated server that is notoriously known for individuals worldwide posting images of children being sexually abused.

It also links him to a YouTube account where he favorites at least 7 videos of some very young boys doing various things.

Adding more salt to Michael's wound, the Michigan born native posted at least 14 different pictures of himself ejaculating on a gay website (I will not be linking) several years ago.

Police: Man Posed As Teen On MySpace To Meet Girls

Three victims identified thus far:

A 21-year-old man from Ohio has been indicted by a Grand Jury on charges that he posed as a 17-year-old on MySpace to meet underage girls.

Joseph S. Cummings, of New Lebanon, is accused of meeting at least three victims, 14, 15 and 16, in order to take pictures of the girls and have sex with at least two of them.

He has been charged with four counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and one count of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.

Kourtney Babcock Pleads Guilty

An Iowa woman has pleaded guilty to three counts of third-degree sexual abuse involving two young boys, ages 12 and 13.

Kourtney Joy Babcock, of Yarmouth, was originally arrested by police in September after she was then charged with engaging in sexual activity with two children at a house located in Mediapolis.

Prosecutors in the case say they want Babcock to spend at least some time in prison, however her attorney states he will contest the sentence and hopes for at least probation, according to information supplied by a local NBC affiliate.

Babcock, as you may recall was also seen posting several pictures of a small toddler and her then boyfriend in a rather suggestive set of photos on a now private Facebook account as well as a video of her gawking it up with some self-admitted stoner dropouts.

While not the video in question (I saved that one), her good friend has recently posted the following video on Youtube.

Seriously though it should be noted that Babcock recently had set her aforementioned Facebook account as "private" or non viewable by the public since the story broke less than 24 hours ago.

Might there have been something else to hide from the online masses? And will this 2009-2010 Midwest fashion horror show continue yet still?

Matthew Rogers Held At Gunpoint By Angry Mother

A 28-year-old man from Ohio has been arrested after officers say he engaged in sexual activity with an Alabama girl.

Police say, Matthew Brandon Rogers, of Cincinnati, was apprehended after the 14-year-old's mother found him inside her daughter's Tuscaloosa bedroom sometime on Sunday.

The mother, after hearing noises from her daughter's bedroom, reportedly went upstairs and found the suspect in her house.

I guess at some point she then held Rogers at gunpoint while dialing 911, according to the Tuscaloosa News website.

The self-proclaimed Christian (see above MySpace) is said to have met the victim sometime last month while chatting with her in an online chat room.

Bail was set at $66,000.

Online Pastor Eric Spandorf Arrested In Kiddy Porn Investigation

A 43-year-old online minister from Florida has been arrested after allegedly admitting to investigators that he tried to sell an undercover police officer eight disks that reportedly contained videos of children engaged in sexual activity.

Eric Spandorf, of Tampa, is being held $525,000 after police arrested both him and his roommate, Robert Paul Primavera, also a minister, earlier in January of this year.

Both suspects were online ministers for Biblical Ministries of Tampa.

Spandorf, who's online profile can be viewed via the above mugshot, was both an associate pastor and crisis counselor, according to it's website.

In light of the facts, Spandorf isn't much of a pastor as he clearly proves on his above MySpace profile (click mugshot) in which he recently wrote that he was both "Depressed as f**" and "f***** drained"

He also states that he is "Jewish" and his top rated MySpace friend is none other than the owner of Biblical Ministries, the Reverend Shawn Malloy.

His MySpace page also features a scantily clad woman as well as a photo of some vomit in a toilet.

Even a picture associated with the Devil that reads, "where i will go in the end", is visible in his photo album.

Huh? This is a pastor?

Actually, maybe it's not that surprising since his username, "espandorf", links him to this Yahoo! Answers account in which he writes he is bisexual and appears fascinated with homosexual males especially younger ones.

Besides his above MySpace profile, Mr. Spandorf also maintained several other accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Windows Live Spaces and Daily Strength.

David Leleaux Charged After MySpace Contact With Girl

A Tennessee man was arrested Sunday morning on statutory rape and sexual exploitation charges after he admitted to police that he engaged in sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl he had met using MySpace.

David Mark Leleaux, 24, Chattanooga, was apprehended after deputies approached a parked vehicle around 5:30 a.m. and found Leleaux inside it.

Leleaux reportedly told police that he was in the area to visit his cousin but a further investigation revealed that he was there to meet a minor that he had been conversing with on MySpace.

Both the girl and Leleaux later admitted during separate interviews that they had previously engaged in sexual activity.

On his above MySpace profile, Mr. Leleaux writes that he's a "christian guy" looking for a "good Christian girl".

Michael Terry Smith Arrested In MySpace Sex Case

A 30-year-old man from Michigan has been charged with using a computer to entice a minor for sexual activity and two counts of attempted third-degree criminal sexual assault after he allegedly tried to have sex with two 13-year-old girls that he had met on MySpace.

Actually they weren't real girls, but instead an undercover officer posing as them on the popular social networking website.

The suspect, Michael Terry Smith, of Kalamazoo, was taken into custody after he arranged to meet the "girls" for sex at a predetermined location.

He was also charged with possession of marijuana.
