Paul Gingerich & Colt Lundy Tried As Adults In Murder Of Phillip Danner

Indiana--Two Cromwell boys, ages 12 & 15, will be tried as adults in the premeditated murder of the older teen's step father.

Police say 15-year-old Colt Lundy and 12-year-old Paul Gringerich, murdered 49-year-old Phillip Danner last week as a third suspect, 12-year-old Chase Williams stood watch.

According to reports, both Lundy and Gringerich shot Danner twice each with separate handguns and then quickly stole the dead man's car.

It is believed they were trying to escape to Arizona to possibly sell marijuana, however police caught up with the pot smoking trio after visiting a Walmart in the state of Illinois and subsequently arrested them.

The murder had also purportedly been planned on a playground.

Carrie Louise Kelly Arrested In Child Porn Case

Texas--A 29-year-old Richwood woman has been jailed on a $125,000 bond after she allegedly sent an undercover detective more than 100 pictures of children engaged in sexual activity.

The suspect, Carrie Louise Kelly, was taken into custody on Thursday after police confiscated several computers, DVDs and pictures the previous night.

Investigators working the case, say that it appears that Kelly might have even taken some of the pictures herself.

According to The Facts:

"Kelly does not appear to have children of her own and worked at a tattoo parlor in Clute, Patton said. When interviewed, she said some of the pictures were of herself as a child and she did not know where the others came from, he said."

The images of the children are believed to be both boys and girls from pre-school to pre-teen.

Kelly currently remains at the Brazoria County jail.

New Mexico - A patron at Dawg House bar in Portales observed an unattended laptop and viewed what appeared to be a child porn video. The owner, Christopher M. Kelley, 40, was arrested after an investigation.

"During execution of the search warrant several computers were seized as well as other internal and external hard drives. During a forensic examination on the evidence deputies seized multiple videos and images, as well as a folder matching the specific name. The videos and images were of known victims on file with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children."

Kelley has been charged with 25 counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children by Possession and 17 counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children by Manufacturing. He is currently in the Roosevelt County jail being held on a $100,000 cash only bond.

MySpace Contact Leads To Arrest

New Jersey--A ROTC instructor at the University of Tennessee at Martin has been arrested after allegedly contacting a 14-year-old family acquaintance over MySpace and sending her obscene pictures of himself.

Joseph Allen Spellings, of Trenton, has been charged with transferring obscene images to a minor as well as coercion and enticement.

Investigators say Spellings also used an an e-mail account to ask her if she could send sexually related pictures to him.

After becoming aware of the problem via a concerned parent, an agent with the FBI posed as the girl on MySpace and subsequently began a conversation with Spellings.

The 29-year-old reportedly discussed having anal & oral sex with the girl and planned on picking her up at a park nearby because his wife would be away at that time.

Caleb Levasque Arrested For Kiddy Porn

A 19-year-old North Carolina man has been arrested on three counts of 2nd degree sexual exploitation of a child after child pornography was allegedly found on his computer.

Caleb Rosario Levasque, 19, was apprehended after investigators executed a search warrant at his new apartment in Sophia (see MySpace) on Friday.

Two desktop computers and some marijuana were seized and Levasque was then subsequently jailed on a $100,000 secured bond.

Police: Douglas Harold Polk Admits To Rape Of Girls

Oklahoma state police have arrested a Broken Arrow man on charges that he kidnapped a 5-year-old girl from her own home and violently raped her in a small rural area.

Douglas Harold Polk, 32, reportedly confessed to police that on the evening of September 20th, of 2007 he abducted the child from her front yard, took her roughly 8 miles away and then assaulted her.

Less than an hour later, a neighbor spotted the victim walking naked and bleeding along a small dirt road.

The incident led to more than 1,600 tips but an arrest was never made even though Polk himself was a possible suspect at the time.

A break came following his arrest for violating a protective order (filed just hours before) after his wife accused of him of raping and beating her.

Polk already had previous convictions for assault including an incident in which he ran over a man with his car.

The father of four was quickly found by officers hiding in a shed minutes later.

Police later interviewed Polk who not only confessed to abducting and raping the girl but also admitting to raping a 7-year-old girl who is said to be a relative.

David Donovan Arrested For Child Porn

A 32-year-old Tennessee man was arrested on child pornography charges on Monday.

David James Donovan, of Maryville, is alleged to have "knowingly received child pornography" between 2008 and 2009, according to an indictment.

He has since entered a not guilty plea.

Teacher, Samuel Bellows, Charged With Lewd Molestation And Forcible Sodomy

Atoka, OK - After conversations on the internet turned sexual, a Harmony School teacher was arrested for having sex with a 14-year-old female student. Samuel “Sam” Bellows, 24, has been teaching history and computer for the past three (3) years.

The victim told sheriff’s deputies she and Bellows began having conversations on the Internet. They met several times, including in Bellows’ classroom, where sexual activity occurred, according to a probable cause affidavit.

Bellows allegedly confessed to authorities he and the victim engaged in sexual activity at his family’s ranch, but Bellows said he stopped after realizing the behavior was wrong.

Sam Bellows was charged in the Atoka County District Court with lewd molestation and forcible sodomy. He is already free on a $50,000 bond. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years for each count.

Matthew Aaron Boyer Charged With Statutory Rape And Child Porn

Neosho, MO - Westview School Board member, Matthew Aaron Boyer, 35, has resigned his position after being arrested and charged with two (2) counts statutory rape and one (1) count of possessing child porn. He is accused of having sex with one minor and having nude photos of another. A 16-year-old girl stated she and Boyer had sex twice at his home.

Boyer is in the Newton County Jail on bonds totaling $125,000.

Operation Child Shield II Nabs Suspects

A massive child pornography sting in the Sunshine State has landed at least 29 people in jail.

The investigation dubbed, "Operation Child Shield II", reportedly launched last year and is the fifth anti-child porn investigation conducted by the Polk County Sheriff's Office since 2007.

The ages of the suspects range from as young as 16 to 56.

Child porn investigation leads to animal sex videos

Jefferson, Oregon - A child porn investigation led investigators to find homemade sex videos of Rachel Mae Petterson, 32, and her husband, Sam Petterson, 34, having sex with dogs.

Rachel admitted having dog sex, but didn't know it was on a video. Riiiiight. Images and videos of child pornography were also found in their residence, along with recording equipment.

"Deputies found recording equipment that contained still images and video of child pornography and the woman having sex with a dog. Two other videos showed Rachel Petterson having sex with a black dog in July and a brown and white dog in September of last year.

Her husband's BlackBerry cell phone allegedly contained images of the incidents; including at least one time when Sam Petterson was also involved in the sexual contact with his wife and one of the dogs, the probable cause statement reads."

Sam Petterson hasn't been charged with sexual assault of an animal at this time. He is being charged with eight (8) counts of encouraging child sex abuse and four (4) counts of using children in display of sexually explicit conduct. Rachel Petterson was charged with two counts of sexual assault of an animal, and is now out on bond.

Sam Petterson is on supervised probation for a 2005 kidnapping conviction that involved a girl younger than age 10.

Lake Charles, LA - The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's office received an anonymous tip that a local teen was in possession of child pornography.

Joshua-Paul Esthay, 18, was arrested and charged after child porn was found on his computer and iPod Touch. His bond has been set at $10,000.

Jeffery Hartsell Arrested On Child Porn Charges

A Florida man has been charged with 13 counts of child pornography after investigators say they recovered multiple images at his home in Orange Park.

Jeffery James Hartsell, 41, was apprehended after police executed a search warrant at his residence and took with them his two computers and some external hard drives.

Some of the images recovered are said to be of infants.

Lance Williams Arrested For Beating And Molesting 1-year-old Baby

Man was babysitting girlfriend's daughter.

Swansea, SC- A 25-year-old Swansea man was arrested after beating and sexually his girlfriend's 1-year-old daughter. Lance Austin Williams had been left alone to babysit the child. During the time alone with her, she was beaten and sexually assaulted.

Family members discovered bruising to the child's head, neck, around her ear and injuries to her genital area, and took her to a hospital. Deputies arrested Williams.

"He admitted to striking the child," said Lt. Scottie Frier. "I believe the child had dropped or spilled a sippy cup," said Lt. Frier. "He admitted to grabbing the child and he also admitted to penetrating the child's vaginal area. With his finger."

Lance Austin Williams is guilty, and has been sentenced for 25 years for this crime. He is currently kicking back in the Leiber Correctional Institution in South Carolina with a projected release date in 4-10-35, as he is not eligible for parole.

Jonathan Boilard, 28, Charged With Child Porn

Scout leader is cooperative and remorseful.

New Britian CT - Jonathan Boilard, 28, was charged after offering child pornography through a P2P web sharing site. The IP address was traced back to a computer in his parents' home. Boilard admitted that he's been attracted to young boys since he had a sexual encounter with another child when he was 8 or 9 years old.

Boilard further admitted he possessed thousands of images and videos of child porn on his home computers. In 2006, he met a 14-year-old Briston boy through the internet, and took him to his home in where they had oral and anal sex. The Berlin police is taking over that investigation.

Farmington police also investigated Boilard in 2006 for attempts to 'entice a child' using the Internet, however were unable to get a warrant for his arrest.

The videos and images found on Boilard’s computer showed young boys, some as young as 7-years-old, involved in graphic sexual activity. Fifty-seven (57) child porn videos were detailed in his arrest warrant, which helped to upgraded charges to first-degree possession.

Boilard was released after posting $300,000 bond. (Thanks Ma and Pa.) As part of the conditions of his release, Boilard isn't allowed to use a computer, or to be alone with minors. That means he can no longer be a senior patrol leader at Boy Scout troop 20, or participate at Camp Tadma.

Oklahoma - A Waukomis man, first arrested for bogus checks in Arkansas, now faces charges for the sexual abuse of a child in Garfield County. The victim was 6-years-old and 7-years-old, respectively.

Rance Ezra Xavier Cambron, 29, was taken into custody and charged with lewd acts upon a child under 16, and two counts of forcible sodomy. The first incident occurred in April, 2009, with the most recent being in January of this year.

Cambron was brought back to the Garfield County jail in Oklahoma. His bond has been set at $250,000.

Jonathan Vaughn Russell Charged With Possessing Child Porn

Ocean Springs, MS - Jonathan Russell, 22, an honor roll student at Jackson County campus of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College was arrested for possession of child pornography.

Leroy Daughtery Charged In Net Sex Sting

Missouri--A Springfield truck driver was arrested by police last week after he drove to Branson to meet what he believed to be underage minor for sex.

Leroy Edward Daughtery, 41, has been charged with attempted enticement of a child after having several "Internet chats" with a young "girl" and then subsequently trying to meet with the female whom he believed was younger than 14.

However, Daughtery had actually been chatting with an undercover deputy who had been posing online as the teen.

He was arrested on April 10th.

Daugherty had several screen names including, "Vampire Freak" and "Dark Trucker", according to the Springfield News-Leader.

Michael M. Murphy Makes Death Threats Through MySpace

Omaha, NE - A teen who had been previously arrested in October 2009, for making a hit list of ten people he wanted to kill, 7 students and 3 family members, has been arrested again. Source

Michael M. Murphy, 18, used MySpace to send terroristic threats against a 17-year-old teen and her unborn child.

"... I don't want to end up hurting Cassie and end up killing her kid or her, so I'm not going to start anything for now..." and.... "I'm getting to the point that either I'm going to be killing all of these people and then myself cause there is no way in hell I'm going back to jail ever..."

The threats were sent via MySpace to the younger sister (Murphy's girlfriend) of the victim. The girls' father took out an order of protection, and notified the police. Murphy is now in the Douglas County jail, charged with felony terroristic threats.

Grand Jury Indicts Charles Busatto On Kiddy Porn Charges

Pennsylvania--A federal grand jury has indicted a Dubois man on charges of possessing child pornography.

Charles W. Busatto, 27, is accused of knowingly possessing videos and pictures of children engaged in sexual conduct.

Busatto, a married man with two children who works as an airline clerk, could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

Man Faces Sex Charges After MySpace Meet With "Friend"

A North Carolina man has been arrested on charges of second degree kidnapping and statutory rape after allegedly having sex with a minor he met using MySpace.

Jeremy Maurice Broady, 25, of Pleasant Hill, had reportedly met the victim on the site several months ago.

His MySpace has since been deleted and no cache is currently available.

Heather Gibson & Justin Lashaway Arrested In Child Rape Case

Indiana--A 22-year-old mother and her 47-year-old boyfriend have been arrested after being accused of having sex with a 7-year-old child on 4 different occasions.

Heather Marie Gibson, and Justin Eugene Lashaway, both of Indianapolis, are accused of engaging in sexual contact with the girl who said to be a relative of Gibson's.

The abuse, that both Gibson and Lashaway have reportedly confessed to, dates back since January.

Police refused to give too much detail regarding the case, but they have suggested that sex toys were used on the little girl and that the rapes had been videotaped.

Spokane, WA - A child care center, “Your (sic) a Good Kid”, owned by Colleen Ross, was shut down after a recent arrest of her husband for lewd conduct with a minor wasn't reported.

Adam Ross, who goes by the name "Cary", was arrested for lewd conduct with a teen girl in Post Falls on April 1st. He is the lead singer of the band, BlyndSpot. They regularly practiced at a band member's house.

Police say his lewd conduct had been going on with the band member's 15-year-old daughter since December, 2008. Dude... it's not like the girls at the clubs weren't giving it away for free.

Cary Ross is now free on a $50,000 bond. He's since been busy deleting his personal and his band's presence off the internet. The website for BlyndSpot, Facebook, and BlyndSpot MySpace have been deleted. Cary's cake MySpace is still intact.

Gary Finken Arrested In Kiddy Porn Investigation

Police in Florida have charged a 56-year-old truck driver with 20 counts of child pornography after paying a visit to his home in Ocala and taking with them his personal laptop.

The suspect, Garry Earl Finken, was taken into custody after officers also confiscated numerous CD's and DVD's that had reportedly been "loaded" with child pornography.

Finken later admitted to the allegations, according to the Star-Banner.

Aaron Holdsworth Sentenced In Murder Of Toddler

Ohio--A 28-year-old Coshocton man will spend at least 15 years to life in prison after entering a guilty plea to the murder of his live-in girlfriend's 2-year-old daughter.

Judge Richard Evans convicted Aaron Holdsworth ("treetrimmer69") yesterday of strangling and then beating to death little Reina Patterson in early June of last year.

According to the Coshocton Tribune, at the time of the sentence Holdsworth had already serving a 3-year prison term on two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor following his conviction in December.

An all around winner indeed, huh kids?

The girl’s biological father, who struggled while reading a statement during sentencing, told the court her organs have since been donated to two other young children.

Andrus Downing Charged In Rape Of Girl, 11

Louisiana--A Westwego man has been charged with aggravated rape after admitting to police he had anal sex with an 11-year-old girl late last year.

Andrus Downing, 19, originally had denied the incident during a polygraph examination, but later told police that he indeed had sex with the child at her home in Waggaman.

Anferney Fontenet Enters Not Guilty Plea In Daylight Rape

A 15-year-old Ohio teenager had entered has entered a not guilty plea following his arrest for the alleged rape of a 26-year-old woman on a busy sidewalk in broad daylight.

Anferney Fontenet, of Toledo, has been charged with rape and aggravated robbery after approaching the bi-polar woman near a local library with a knife on January 19th of this year.

Fontenet, who also has another MySpace account found here, is quoted during an interview by police as saying:

"I walked up behind a girl, grabbed her neck, raped her, and took her phone."

He faces up to 20 years if convicted on all charges.

Benjamin Boyter & Keith Douglass Charged In Assault Of Girl, 12

Three Navy sailors assigned to the USS Philadelphia submarine have been charged with sexual assault after allegedly engaging in sexual activity with a 12-year-old girl.

Benjamin Boyter, 22 of Woodruff, South Carolina, and 23-year-old Keith Douglass of Schoolcraft, Michigan, are accused of having contact with the child in the submarine base town of Groton, Connecticut.

A third suspect, 21-year-old Gabriel Dominguez of Manteca, California has also been charged in connection with the case.

Police say Dominguez, who admitted having sex with the victim, supplied the girl alcohol then had sex with her in a parked pickup truck.

Man Arrested On Molestation Charges Following MySpace Meet

A 30-year-old Georgia man has been charged with child molestation after having sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl he reportedly met on MySpace.

Keith Lajunne Wells, of Augusta, is accused of corresponding with the victim for a short time before the two agreed to meet.

Police say Wells picked up the teen at the her school bus stop and brought her to an area park where they allegedly had sex inside his car.

A deputy had spotted the vehicle at the park with the two inside.

Kiddie Porn And 100 Pounds Of Pot = No Bond For Bruce Bandel

Man to remain in jail until trial.

Idaho - What started out as a routine traffic stop for speeding in Illinois, led to drug sniffing dogs finding 100 plus pounds of marijuana in Bruce Bandel's, 54, vehicle. After Idaho authorities were notified, a search of his trailer revealed 45 printed pages of kiddie porn, along with videos of children having sex with adult men.

Videos of a young relative, clad in only underwear, in provocative poses, were also found in Bandel's trailer. They were taken on two separate occasions inside his trailer. In addition to the videos of a family member, he had taken secret videos of young girls at the Red River Hot Springs pool, zooming in on their crotches. Bandel is a former owner of the resort.

A federal judge has ruled that Bandel is "too great of a risk to society" to be released, and will remain behind bars until his trial on June 6, 2010.

Gary Francis Newman Identified As Carly Ryan's Killer

A 50-year-old Australian man who had been sentenced to a ridiculous 29 years for the murder of a teenage girl and who's name had previously been stricken from the press has now finally been revealed.

Victoria resident Gary Francis Newman was convicted of using the alias "Brandon" online to meet and then brutally beat and subsequently kill Carly Ryan by drowning her in the small Port Elliot river sometime on February 19th, 2007.

Her body was found by police the next day later...

Newman, who identified himself on MySpace as "Kurupt Koala", used an alter-ego to communicate with the then 15-year-old after initially meeting her on VampireFreaks.com.

Media reports had earlier suggested the two met on Myspace.

At the time Newman had portrayed himself online as "emo", a manufactured movement driven by an anti-jock subculture that increasingly grew online in the mid 2000's.

At least that's how I see it...

He has since appealed his conviction.

Jack Eagle Charged With Rape Of 4-Year-Old Family Member

Bond set at $250,000:

A 59-year-old Kentucky man has been charged with rape and incest after allegedly having sex with a 4-year-old girl.

Jack Eagle, of Shepherdsville, is accused of forcing himself on the relative for around seven and a half years.

The reported abuse of the now 11-year-old is said to have ended about a year ago.

Eagle had earlier been convicted in 1984 on a charge of rape and sodomy with a relative, according to Fox affiliate WDRB.

James Roth Accused Of Raping 11-Year-Old

Ohio--Police have arrested a 26-year-old man on charges that he raped an 11-year-old girl.

James Christopher Roth, of Masury, was apprehended by officers after the alleged victim told a family member that she was attacked on March 31.

He is currently being held in county jail in lieu of $250,000.

MySpace Contact Leads To Charges

A 21-year-old California man has been indicted by a grand jury on charges that he "seduced" a young 13-year-old girl using his MySpace account.

Michael P. Thurlo, of Las Cruces, was arrested about a month ago after police launched an investigation in September after the mother of the 13-year-old found pictures of the suspect's penis on her daughter's cell phone.

The mother also reportedly recovered a note where Thurlo is believed to have written that he had loved the girl and wanted to marry and have children with her.

The 13-year-old child met Thurlo on MySpace in June of 2009.

Thurlo has also been accused of soliciting a 15-year-old Arizona girl.

Charges against Orange Park man will be enhanced.

Clay County, Florida - Following an investigation by Florida's Cyber Crime Unit, an Orange Park man was arrested for possession of child pornography.

Benjamin Allen Drake Jr., 41, is charged with 15 counts of possession of child pornography. The Attorney General's Office has stated that 14 of those counts will be enhanced to second degree felonies. After a search warrant was executed at his home, Drake's computer was seized. A forensic analysis confirmed multiple images of crimes against children. Some victims were as young as infants.

Drake also has a profile (me0468) at a social networking site for teens, Espin. In one of his profile photos, he is shirtless and looking not so sexy. However, I do like how he creatively cropped the top of his head off so the kiddies wouldn't notice he's bald, and looks old enough to be their grandpa.

Jeremiah Salamon, 34, Indicted in Federal Child Porn Charges

Additional child pornography charges filed against a West Springfield man.


Springfield, MA - Springfield businessman, Jeremiah J. Salamon, was indicted on federal charges for advertising, possession and distribution of child porn. He shared 313 images with an undercover FBI agent while using the screen name "Like22look". The ages of the children were 1 to 5, shown engaging in sadistic sexual acts with adults.

Salamon is the owner of a local home repair business called "Honey Do Projects". He is a divorced father of three young children and has a MySpace. He's pretty particular on who he'd like to meet; no fatties, and the best person for him should also have children. Salamon starts out saying that he isn't capable of regret.

"I'm going to start off by stating my motto in life, “NO REGRETS”. I have no regrets in life. The way I look at it is even when bad things happen in life, as long as I have learned from them, I can’t regret them. That is all that needs to be said about that." Still no regrets? Not even for getting caught?

Salamon advertised on a P2P file sharing program seeking to buy, sell and trade images of children engaged in sexual acts. If convicted, he faces a prison sentence between 15 - 30 years for each advertising charge, 5-10 years for each distribution charge, and up to 10 years each possession charge.

Man Accused Of Meeting MySpace Friend For Sex

Investigators pose as teen online:

A California man has been apprehended by police after they say he solicited sex from a 13-year-old girl using MySpace.

Royce Michael Gibson, 23, of Redding, was arrested Friday morning after showing up to a pre-arranged to meet his new girl "Sam" for sex.

Of course "Sam" wasn't really a 13-year-old but instead an undercover officer posing as one.

A court date has not been set as of yet.

Police: Sex Offender Samuel Dorsey Lured Women Through MySpace

Tennessee--A 31-year-old convicted sex offender has been arrested after police say he posed as a professional photographer on MySpace in order to meet and then sexually assault a 17-year-old girl.

Samuel Gregory Dorsey, of Nashville, is accused of luring the alleged victim to a local motel after he convinced her to meet him there for a photo shoot.

It was at the motel where the reported assault occurred.

According to WSMV-TV, Dorsey may have also assaulted another woman on February 1st, after luring her also through MySpace.

Dorsey's fake modeling company on MySpace is called, "ModelvilleUSA", and on the profile he list himself as age 27 and has even amassed over 600 friends.

He has been charged with rape, false imprisonment and four violations of the sex offender registry.

Ronald Peed Jr. Pleads Guilty To Possessing Sadistic Child Porn

Bracken County man admits to downloading child porn.

Augusta, KY- Ronald Peed, 32, likes child porn. In fact he likes it so much that he admitted to downloading more than 600 images between March and May of 2009. Some were sadistic in nature, involving children under the age of 12.

Peed was originally charged with possession and distribution. After 500 charges were dropped, he pleaded guilty to receipt of child porn and will be sentenced in July. He faces 5 to 20 years in prison.

Peed has a MySpace profile where he has shaved a few years off his real age. He goes by the handle longcockgood, where he states he would like to meet a "nice short hot little brown hair girl skinny or little weight." That would more than likely be a kid. Soon he will be shortlimpbad.

Police Wreck Benjamin Neff's Big Trip To Florida

A 28-year-old Massachusetts man (or 25 according to his MySpace) was arrested earlier this week after police say he traveled to the state of Florida to have sex with a 15-year-old girl he had been corresponding with over the once dominant social networking website.

Benjamin J. Neff, of Pittsfield, reportedly took his vacation time from Big Y Goods where he is listed as a grocery clerk (although he claims to be a manager) and reportedly had spent more than $1,600 for a round-trip plane ticket and a 12-night stay in city of Port St. Lucie where the girl currently resides.

According The Ft. Pierce Tribune:

"Police apparently learned of the situation Monday after a person called 911 and said a 15-year-old friend met a 28-year-old man on MySpace.com and that he arrived from out of state to have sex."

Neff, who had met the teen a year prior, told police that simple online chats between the two later evolved to online sex using an unnamed video chat website.

When police arrived at his hotel they reportedly found a box of condoms but discovered one was missing, when they questioned Neff he reportedly stated to them that "he tried one on to see if it fit".

The girl, who also confirmed the relationship, told detectives they had previously talked about having sex once he traveled to Port St. Lucie on Easter Sunday.

On his above profile, Neff had obviously been anticipating this upcoming trip, writing:

"O_o happy for once...cant wait for my trip to florida"

Neff is now currently in jail and faces a felony charge of traveling to have sex with a minor.

Man Allegedly Used MySpace To Assault Woman

A 24-year-old Florida man has been taken into custody after allegedly forcing a 21-year-old woman he met on MySpace into engaging in sexual activity with him.

Jeremy Sherrill, of Greenacres, faces charges of sexual assault, sexual battery and false imprisonment following his arrest yesterday.

Police say Sherrill used the fake name "Joaquin" to meet the woman for an interview after offering her a job that paid $18.00 dollars per hour.

According to WPBF:

"Investigators said Sherrill asked to meet the victim for a job interview late in the evening of Jan. 11 at a gas station near Military Trail and Forest Hill Boulevard. When the two met, they got into Sherrill's car and he drove her to another location, where he forced her to perform oral sex on him."

Sherrill reportedly had also lured a second woman through MySpace, but she quickly got out of his car and ran away.

Detectives fear there could be other victims out there.

John Patrick Barton Has A Drinking Problem

Intoxicated suspect killed Mother & Daughter with car on Easter Sunday:

Texas--A 30-year-old man who had previously been convicted three times on DWI charges, has now been arrested for two counts of murder after killing two people with his car early Easter Sunday morning.

A heavily intoxicated John Patrick Barton, of Lewisville, allegedly drove his wife's 2010 Mazda into a 2009 Nissan Sentra along I-35E north of State Highway 121, killing 33-year-old Kandace Hull and her 13-year-old daughter, Autumn.

The crash, which was so severe that it had reportedly pushed the trunk area of the Nissan into the passenger compartment, also injured Hull's husband and their 16-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son.

From WFAA-TV:

"Witness accounts stated that vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed, attempted to change lanes into the middle lane, and struck the Nissan in the rear, causing both vehicles to spin," said Lewisville police spokesman Lt. Kendall Lynn. "Both vehicles traveled quite a distance before they came to rest."

According to the Star-Telegram, Barton's first DWI arrest took place back in 1997 when he was just 17, a second conviction took place in August 2001 and he was then placed on parole in 2009 following his third DWI conviction stemming from an incident in 2006.

Besides his above MySpace profile, Barton also maintained accounts on Twitter, LinkedIn and Friendster.

His once active Facebook looks to have since been deleted.

Although none of that really matters, since he can pretty be found anywhere online using the screen names, "biot3ch" & "biojohn316".

MySpace Date Lands Man In Jail On Rape Charges

A 22-year-old former volunteer firefighter has been taken into custody after allegedly kidnapping and raping a women he met using MySpace.

Jason Darnell, of Albuquerque, reportedly picked her up for a date on March 27th and later that night is accused of forcing himself on her.

He has been charged with criminal sexual penetration and kidnapping following his arrest earlier this week.

Police: Level 3 Sex Offender Met 15-Year-Old MySpace Friend

Massachusetts--A Level 3 sex offender pushing 50 has been charged with enticement of a minor after police say he met a 15-year-old boy who he had been corresponding with on MySpace.

David Carrier, 46, of Worcester, allegedly kissed the boy after meeting him at a local park. There, the two also reportedly took pictures of each other.

The investigation oddly enough began after a clerk at a convenience store notified police that the suspect had been "hanging around" there and made her feel uncomfortable.

Carrier was earlier convicted of raping a child in 1988.

MySpace Meeting Leads To Assault Charges

A 29-year-old California man has been arrested on two sexual assault charges after allegedly using a fake name on MySpace to lure a teenage girl for sex.

Kenneth Reagan Ledbetter reportedly used the fake name, "Tristen" to meet the 15-year-old girl at his mother's home in March where he is accused of engaging in sexual activity with her.

Ledbetter later ditched his cell phone and also deleted his MySpace account, according to his mother.

The abuse had gone on for 3 years, as 'men' were allowed to sexually assault the young female child. At times Hyde would walk in on the abuse and simply turn around.

The hambeast Hyde attempted to portray herself as a victim, stating she has PTSD and anxiety. District Court Judge Michael Kupersmith wasn't buying into that crap. He stated that he "sometimes wishes anyone caring for a child as she was supposed to be needed a license proving they'd protect the kids. If we did, your license should be revoked permanently. You should never become a parent again or be in charge of a child again. This was an unspeakable offense."

Hyde has a MySpace account, sweetangelgirl7595, where she claims to be the happily married mother of a daughter. She also has a Facebook and a Hi5 account.

Scott Cooper Has "A Risky, Stupid Hobby"

Spring City man charged with possessing child porn.

Spring City, PA - Scott T. Cooper, 33, took his computer to Tom's PC Solutions in Collegeville for service. He wanted to transfer family photos from his computer to the external hard drive he provided. The owner contacted police when questionable images of children were found. Cooper gave the police written consent to view the contents of his computers, and to take a hard drive for further review.

One hundred images of child porn were discovered on Cooper's computer. During his second interview with Chester County detectives, he admitted to downloading the images from the internet, and described his activity as "taboo", a "risky, stupid hobby" and a "stupid mistake." How about illegal?

Cooper further admitted to trying to delete the child porn after downloading and viewing bulk images. Download, view, fap and delete... repeat process. =p

Being the all American dad and husband with ties to his community, Cooper has been released on a $75,000 unsecured bond after being charged with 100 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communications facility.

German Cops Snitch Adam Petersen Off For Sharing Kiddie Porn

Police in Germany contacted ICE after discovering Adam Petersen, 28, was file-sharing child pornography through "eDonkey2000". He was tracked down and arrested at his home in Navarre, Florida, and taken to the Santa Rosa County Detention Center. He is now facing federal charges.

Petersen is the father of a very young daughter and has a MySpace account, yogodly, where he states:

"Do you know who a hero is? Nine times out of ten, a hero is someone who is tired enough, cold enough, and hungry enough not to give a damn. I don't give a damn."

A hero, hardly.... a narcissist, most likely.

Brett Maloley Busted In Online Sex String

Grand Rapids, MI - Using the screen name 'krazythug_692000', Brett Maloley, 27, struck up an online conversation with a person he thought to be a 14-year-old girl. Don't these guys ever learn? Of course he was chatting it up with with a decoy working with the Attorney General's office, along with Perverted Justice. He allegedly solicited the minor for sex and used his computer to send sexual explicit images.

Maloley was charged with using the internet to accost a child for immoral purposes and disseminating sexually explicit materials. Both are felonies carrying up to ten and four years in prison, respectively. He has a private MySpace.

Michael Abbott Arrested In MySpace Sex Case

A 26-year-old Nevada man has been taken into custody after police believe he had sex with a 13-year-old girl he began corresponding with using MySpace.

Michael Abbott, of Gardnerville, faces charges of lewdness with a child under 14 and luring a child under 14 following his arrest on Friday.

Babbott had reportedly been warned several times to end the relationship by the girl's parents who told him that their daughter was just 13.

His MySpace has since been removed from the site, but I'm archiving it here for viewing purposes.

Ronald Goergen Arrested By FBI In Child Porn Series Investigation

A 46-year-old retired Navy Vet living in New Hampshire has been arrested by agents working with the FBI after being accused of making and then sharing child pornography online with others.

Ronald Goergen, of Newmarket, was taken into custody after investigators found videos and images online that are believed to have been produced by him at his home.

The videos in question involve prepubescent girls and toddlers performing sex acts in a cold basement.

Goergen was listed as the "artist", according to an affidavit obtained by the Foster's Daily Democrat.

He is also listed as a "proud parent" and married on his above MySpace profile.

The images in question had reportedly first surfaced over the Internet sometime back in 2004.

Pregnant Dawn Kirby Charged With Sexual Assault

Fargo, ND - Thirty-three year old Dawn Marie Kirby has found herself in a spot of trouble. She was recently arrested for having sex with the sixteen year old son of a friend. The victim’s mother had contacted the police when she suspected a relationship between the two. No doubt the boy was starting to freak out.

Kirby admits to having sex with the boy “quite a few times over a couple of months”. She is heavily pregnant and about to pop. She stated to police that she had sex with victim’s uncle as well, and has no idea who the baby daddy is. The baby is due April 16th.

Dawn Kirby has been charged with felony sexual assault and has been released on a PR bond. Her next court date will be on April 29th.

MySpace Meeting Lead To Charges

A 26-year-old New York man has been arrested after allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old girl he reportedly met using MySpace.

Matthew P. Hart, of Cambridge, is accused of meeting the girl on March 10th and the 27th and subsequently engaging in sexual activity with her both times.

Hart used the alias "James Smith" from Troy.

Special Ed Assistant, Andrew Knapp, Arrested For Sex Assault Of Minor

Greenwich special ed. assistant charged.

Greenwich, CT - Andrew (Andy) Knapp, 28, is a professional assistant at the Cantor House and the special education department of Greenwich Public Schools. In 2009, he had a brief stint as a swim coach at Greenwich High. This past Monday, he turned himself in after police issued an arrest warrant for the sexual assault of a male juvenile.

Knapp was charged with 4th-degree sexual assault of a male juvenile and risk or injury to a minor. The victim's family had made the initial report.

The charge of fourth-degree sexual assault is applied when a person intentionally subjects another person to "sexual contact" who is under the age of 16, or mentally or physically unable to consent to such contact, according to state statutes. The charge is typically a misdemeanor charge, but in cases involving minors, such as Knapp's case, the charge is automatically a felony. Risk or injury to a minor is also a felony.

Knapp is now on administrative leave with pay. School officials are not commenting. Circling the wagons, I believe it's called. The alleged incident occurred in Greenwich, but police decline to say where. Contents of Knapp's arrest warrant have been sealed and no further information will be released at this time.

Adam Martin Arrested For Videotaping Choir Girls Changing Clothes

Music teacher thought he had erased the video.

Central City, Iowa - Choir teacher, Adam D. Martin, 30, was arrested at his home after allegedly taping choir girls undressing in a makeshift dressing room at Central City High School during a competetion. One of the students discovered the running video camera and turned it over to Martin. He attempted to erase the video before handing it over to school officials the next day.

Although an attempt had been made to erase the video of the choir girls 'in various stages of undress', a copy still remained. The video indicated that Martin had been the person who set up the camera. All the girls on the recording have been identified.

Adam Martin, has been charged with unlawful intrusion, which carries a maximum sentence of six months, and has been placed on administrative leave. He is now out on bond.

You can call me fuddy duddy, but I find Martin's choir portrait with the girls to be creepy.

James Corbitt, 34, Arrested For 16,000 Plus Photos Of Child Porn

Middle school coach admits to secretly filming boys in his shower.

Alabama - From bestiality to bondage kiddie porn, Bumpus Middle School coach James Corbitt, had it all, and was sharing P2P under his username CORBITT. (A real Einstein.) The FBI discovered over 16,000 files on his home computer. The 7th grade coach 'fessed up to sharing pornographic images/films of children, mostly between the ages of 9 - 14.

Corbitt admitted to receiving, possessing, and distributing large quantities of child pornography using a peer-to-peer file sharing program on his home computer. In addition, Corbitt admitted to secretly filming two minor males entering/exiting the shower at his apartment using a hidden pen camera. The videos were then uploaded and added to his shared folder on the file sharing network.

Corbitt has a MySpace account, "bucscoachjc", where he states about himself: "I am just a laid back guy that loves to hang out with my friends. I love sports, both watching them and coaching. I coach 7th grade football and basketball in Hoover, AL. I don't do a whole lot of anything, because I work way too much. Oh, and did I mention that I am cooler than everyone else I know? That's how I role dawg, so deal with it."

Corbitt is currently being held on federal in the Shelby County jail without bond.

News Update: 4-21-10 Corbit has withdraw his request to be released from jail as his case proceeds, at a hearing today in federal court in Birmingham. Judge Armstrong said he would not grant him another hearing to argue for bail. source

Murder Suspect John Albert Gardner Violated Parole With MySpace Account

If you haven't heard the name John Albert Gardner III by now here's a quick fresh up via the fine folks over at Websleuths.

Anyway, Gardner is a California registered sex offender charged in the death of 17-year-old Chelsea King and a possible suspect in the murder of 14-year-old Amber Dubois.

Gardner, who in the past had been cited by police at least 8 times for various infractions also violated terms of his parole by creating and actively using a MySpace account.

An account, that had it been discovered, could have sent him back to prison before the murders had ever taken place.

The 30-year-old San Diego resident created the account in late 2007 using the name "Jason Stud".

On the now deleted page, Gardner ("jason6the9stud") wrote the following:

"I am the energizer bunny. Do the math and figure it out. I used to know love and know I have a new look on that situation. love is just one big ugly
compromise of two people pretending to not know what the other is doing. I
realise this may come as a shock to some but thats how I see it untl proven
otherwise."

He also stated that he was poor, homeless and living in a truck.

Gardner had been listed as a registered sex offender after he was convicted 10 years ago of molesting a 13-year-old girl.

Operation Broken Heart Nabs Suspects

Florida--A six week undercover police investigation into suspects trading child pornography online has led to the arrest of 29 men.

The operation, dubbed "Operation Broken Heart", also resulted in the rescue of two girls who claimed to have been sexually abused.

Some of the images recovered on the suspects computers are said to be of children as young as infants.

Man Pleads Guilty To Uploading Child Porn On MySpace

Texas--A 24-year-old man could face up 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to uploading child pornography on his MySpace account.

Travis Adam Whiddon, of Monahans, told detectives that he had been collecting kiddy porn since he was 15-years-old.

Whiddon, who used to live in an apartment next to a local elementary school, reportedly amassed at least 1,376 videos and images of children and many of them less than 12 years of age.
MySpace notified the NCMEC after discovering the uploads in 2009.
