Iraq Vet, Bradley Buehrer, Arrested For Making His Own Child Porn

Victim was 2-years-old

Marshall, MI - A federal grand jury has indicted Iraq war vet Bradley Buehrer, 29, for committing sex acts on a two-year-old and taking pictures of the assault. The victim was the child of a former girlfriend.

The photos popped up while Buehrer was showing his current girlfriend, who is pregnant with his child, his Iraq war photos. He admitted to her that he had sexually assaulted the child with the participation of the mother back in 2005, and had expectations of doing the same to their child after being born.

Fearing for her safety, along with her unborn child, Buehrer's girlfriend waited until he was out of state with his unit before contacting police. The child porn images were found on his computer.

Hambeast is currently being held in the Calhoun County Jail, charged with sexual exploitation of a child and the manufacture and possession of child porn.

Richard Sabatasse Wanted For Kidnap Of Teen He Met On MySpace

Suspect was due to be sentenced next week for juvenile sex crime

Pittsburg, PA - Richard Sabatasse, 26, recently befriended a 14-year-old girl on MySpace. After chatting for a few weeks, she finally agreed to meet up with him. After picking her up at her parent's home on Friday at 3:30pm, the teen claims he took away her cell phone and kept her captive for two days.

The victim repeatedly asked Sabatasse to take her home, but he refused to release her or give her any food. He took her home on Sunday and returned her cell phone.

At the time of this incident, Sabatasse was out on bond and due to be sentenced next week, after pleading guilty to charges of corruption of a minor, indecent assault and lewdness. His record shows previous arrests of theft, invasion of privacy, stalking and indecent assault of a 15-year-old girl.

Sabatasse is now being actively sought by law enforcement for kidnapping and false imprisonment. More charges may be added. He was last seen driving a red Mitsubishi Eclipse.

MySpace Meet Leads To Charges

A man who had been on probation for rape and his friend have both been arrested after allegedly traveling with two young teenage girls that they had met using MySpace.

According to the Wilsonville Spokesman :

"One of the arrested individuals, Mario Alberto Cervantes Ruiz, 19, of Woodburn, was on probation for third-degree rape and prohibited from contact with minors or use of the internet."

The other suspect, 21-year-old Jose Antonio Renteria was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.

At the time of his arrest a warrant had been put out for Ruiz who had failed to register as a sex offender.

Kristen Anne Hammed Arrested For Sex Crimes Against Teen

Charged in the sexual assault of a 14-year-old neighbor

High Point, NC - A 24-year-old woman, Kristen Anne Hammed, was arrested on allegations of sexually assaulting a male neighbor.

Hammed is charged with three (3) counts of Crimes Against Nature, three (3) counts of Statutory Sex Offense, three (3) counts of Taking Indecent Liberties with a Child and Disseminating Obscene Material to a Minor.

She is now out of Guilford County jail on a $50,000 bond.

Middle School Teacher, Christopher Tomsett, Arrested By FBI

Admits to downloading and distribution of child porn

Woodland, CA - An English teacher at Douglass Middle School, Christopher Tomsett, 43, was arrested by the FBI for downloading and sharing child porn. Most of the images were of young males, 12 - 18, which isn't surprising as all his friends on his MySpace are teen boys.

Tomsett admitted to police that he has been collecting and sharing child porn images for about a year, although he first came in contact with his hobby five (5) years ago. His computer contained approximately 2000 images and videos.

Saskatoon, Canada police identified Tomsett's account as distributing more than 11,000 files, including pictures and videos, P2P, using the screen name hobbesny11. That name can be found all over the internet linked to boy sex sites.

Tomsett had taught at Douglass Middle School for six (6) years and also served as a boys' soccer coach, along with heading up a grant that funded various after school programs. He is scheduled to appear in front of a judge today.

"In general, the solicitations were titled "Daddy wants a boy" or similar verbiage. Tomsett, the alleged sender, described himself as in his mid 30s, 5 feet 11 inches to 6 feet tall, and 185-190 pounds. The ads sought a smooth, smaller "young boy to play with" and perhaps a long term relationship. Many of the ads detailed sexual preferences.

Police: Ex Scout Leader Adam Brigham Used MySpace For Kiddy Porn

Suspect suspended from Boy Scouts:

A 25-year-old Florida has been arrested for allegedly producing child pornography.

Agents say the investigation against 25-year-old Adam Brigham initially began in January when an undercover officer posing as a teenage boy was approached via MySpace by the Palm Bay resident.

Brigham had purportedly solicited sex and sent the detective explicit pictures using MySpace.

Police fear there may be more victims out there because Brigham is a former scout leader.

Also it appears Mr. Brigham might have at one time been a youth group leader for the Awake Christian Church in Brevard County.

Suspect admits he knew girl was 12:

Louisiana--A Metairie man has been accused of soliciting sex from a 12-year-old girl while chatting with her on MySpace.

Ray Colbert, 21, was was booked earlier this week with indecent behavior with a juvenile after the girl told a detective what had happened.

Printed copies of her MySpace chat were turned over to officers.

Ruth Alvarez Arrested For Solicitation Of MySpace Boy, 13

A 33-year-old Idaho stay at home mom has been arrested after allegedly trying to entice a 13-year-old boy using MySpace.

Ruth Z. Alvarez, of Nampa, admitted to detectives that she would have indeed had sex with the child if she was able to meet him.

She never was able to do this because the mother of the 13-year-old recovered a sexually charged letter reportedly written by Alvarez to her son.

The mother and Alvarez had been friends at the time prior to the incident.

Police say the mom contacted them and subsequently an officer posed as the boy on MySpace where she again expressed in interest in having sex with him.

Alvarez arrested again for alleged contact.

Sean Emke Arrested For Child Porn

Florida--A Manatee man faces 20 counts of possession of child pornography after police arrested him following an undercover sting.

Sean Patrick Emke, 22, was apprehended after investigators seized two computers and allegedly uncovered numerous pictures of children engaged in sexual activity.

Some of the victims seen in the photos are believed to be as young as 5.

Emke now resides at the Manatee County jail, where he will presumably remain until someone can fork over 100 grand.

Suspect Charged In MySpace Case

Tennessee--A 20-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly posed as a 15-year-old on MySpace and subsequently solicited sex from a 14-year-old girl.

Kenneth Leroy Chancey II, of Clarksville, reportedly began instant messaging the teen and asked her if she would have sex with him.

According to The Leaf Chronicle:

"When she told him she was only 14, police say he told her he liked having sex with teenage girls, ages 13-17, the warrant said."

After the girl told him to get off her MySpace page an upset Chancey then threatened her that he was going to rape her and her friends.

Bond was set at $25,000.

MySpace Contact Leads To Arrest

A 30-year-old Michigan man has been arrested after allegedly attempting to meet a 13-year-old girl for sex that he had been communicating with over MySpace.

Michael Smith, of Kalamazoo, has charged with accosting a minor for immoral purposes, use of a computer to entice a minor for sexual activity and possession of marijuana.

Police say they were alerted to Mr. Smith after the parents of the girl became aware of the problem and contacted police.

The next morning, the victim made an outcry to her mother, saying she was awakened by Hambeast fondling her.

During a police interview, Courtney admitted to touching the little girl while she slept. He is now chillin' in the Boone County Jail on a charge of sexual abuse in the first degree. His bond has been set at $25,000. Maybe Phat Pat will get touched while he sleeps on his bunk.
