The images Barry is accused of sharing with others in August include depictions of children younger than the age of 12 being sexually violated by adults and children being strangled while being violated.Barry has been denied bond while he remains in federal custody awaiting trial. He faces 5 – 20 years in prison and a fine up to $250,000 if convicted. Registration as a sex offender will be mandatory.
