Drag Queen Pasha Nicole & Stripper Roommate Arrested For Child Sex Crimes

Police in Georgia have arrested a drag queen and her male stripper roommate of less than a year on human trafficking charges.

Both Steven Donald Lemery, 35, a gay male stripper who uses the alias "Steven Lang" and Christopher Thomas Lynch, known as drag performer "Pasha Nicole", have both been charged with numerous counts involving minors in the case.

Lemery has been charged with 5 counts of aggravated child molestation, child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes, 2 counts of human trafficking and pandering by compulsion.

Lynch has been charged with human trafficking of a minor person for sexual servitude, 2 counts of sexual exploitation of a child, pandering by compulsion and possession of drug-related objects.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the two reportedly used social networking sites to lure young teens from three different states to their apartment for sex and then later reportedly wouldn't let them leave.

Originally Lemery had been the only one charged in the case until an unidentified victim in Alabama spotted Lynch on television bragging to a local reporter that he/she assisted with police in the investigation.

After feeling attacked, Lynch then fires back in repeated comments and begins to evoke emotion and at the same time of course calls anyone who questions him/her a bigot.

He/she ultimately ends the drama over there now as a perverted hypocrite thanks to his/her last comment posted in early March:

"Steven Lemery is a monster, may Justice Punish him and the creator have mercy on his soul."

As for Lemery, many of his "friends" on Facebook appear to be outraged after discovering that he wasn't actually 19 or 22 as he allegedly told them but instead 35 and now currently residing in jail on child molestation charges.

Brett Howe Arrested For Sex With MySpace "Friends"

Update 9-2-11: GUILTY

Brett Howe pleaded guilty on six sex abuse charges in two separate cases and will spend 15 years behind bars. He must register as a sex offender.

Police in Oregon have arrested a 20-year-old man on accusations that he engaged in sexual activity with at least two underage girls he met using both MySpace and Facebook.

Brett Allen Howe, of Wilsonville, has been charged sexual abuse, contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor, first-degree rape, second-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree sodomy and unlawful sexual penetration.

Police say there may be more victims out there and anyone who has additional information on this case is urged to contact a confidential tip line at 503-723-4949 or text CRIMES (274637), with the keyword "CCSO" as the first word in the message.

Bail has been set at $675,000.

Police: Video Shows Man Raping Child

Pennsylvania--A Harrisburg man already jailed in November for raping a young girl has now been charged with 38 counts of Possession of Child Pornography and 38 counts of Criminal Use of Communication Facility.

Joseph Strickland, 23, was originally taken into custody late last year after he borrowed his personal camera to someone who subsequently uncovered a video of the suspect raping a girl.

While police are not releasing the age of the victim, police have said the child was "very young" and was later taken to the hospital for an examination.

Bail has been set at $2,000,000.

MySpace Complaint Leads To Arrest

A 24-year-old Indiana man has been charged with possession of child pornography after a worker employed by MySpace reported inappropriate conversations with a child to authorities.

After being questioned by officers, Matthew Zabrecky, of Whiting, reportedly admitted to engaging in sexual conversations with various girls between the ages of 13 and 15.

A computer was then confiscated from his residence where investigators say they recovered images of children believed to be younger than 14.

Registered Sex Offender Justin Laidlaw Is A Parent's Worst Nightmare

Kingman, AZ --- A registered sex offender crawled through a bathroom window and made his way to the bedroom of a sleeping 8-year-old girl. He took her from her bed and out the window.

Justin Dean Laidlaw, 22, is no stranger to being convicted of sex crimes. He previously served 2.5 years in prison for sexual assault of a 9-year-old girl. Fall of 2010, Laidlaw was sentenced to 90 days in jail for attacking two women at a local park.

Why was this level 3 (high risk) sex offender on the steets?

The child didn't realize what was happening until Laidlaw had taken her out of the house. The girl's older sister woke up and summoned her father. He got outside just in time to see Laidlaw making his escape on a bicycle. Evidence collected at the scene of the attack led police to arrest the sex offender.

Laidlaw is being held in the Mohave County Jail charged with kidnapping, burglary, sexual assault and molestation. He has a MySpace account where he claims to be engaged to a much older woman with two daughters.

Deeanna Murray Endangers Her Toddlers While Protecting Pedophile Boyfriend

Daytona Beach Shores, FL ---- The police showed up at the door of a second story apartment to check on a registered sex offender after receiving a tip that he had children in his apartment.

Phillip Heidt, 20, had been convicted of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child in 2006, was not allowed to be around children. That didn't seem to matter to his girlfriend, Deeanna Murray, 24. She had her children, a three-year-old boy and a two-year-old girl, inside his apartment.

When police arrived, Murray was in the bathroom with her children. She wouldn't come out upon request. Officers heard a child crying and went inside. Murray was in the process of getting her children out through a window. She was putting her son out on a ledge, four feet under the window, and ten feet over the ground. Her daughter was to go out next. Both children were partially clad.

Heidt and Murray have been charged with felony child abuse. According to a police affidavit, the little boy told officers, "Mommy held me out the window. I was bad."

Heidt has been out of prison since October of 2010. He's been charged with violation of probation and is in the Volusia County jail with no bond. Heidt was also arrested in January for having contact with children.

Deeanna Murray just had to have a penis in her life, no matter what the consequences to her children. She is being held in jail on a $1,000 bond. Her children have now been taken by the state.

Jeffrey Abbey Charged In Rape Of Child

A New York man is currently behind bars today after being charged with raping a 4-year-old Pennsylvania girl.

Jeffrey Allen Abbey Jr., of Jamestown, has been charged with felony rape of a child, felony involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, felony aggravated indecent assault, felony sexual assault, felony statutory sexual assault, felony corruption of minor, indecent assault and simple assault.

Police say the alleged incidents occurred sometime between March 16th and March 19th and that the victim was taken to a hospital where doctors concluded she suffered injuries consistent with sexual assault.

Abbey, who was later interviewed, allegedly admitted to sexual assaulting the child.

Kyle Broadhurst Stole WIFI For Pictures Of Little Girls

A 26-year-old Oregon man has been arrested after allegedly stealing his neighbors wireless Internet connection to download and trade thousands of images and videos of child pornography.

Kyle Scott Broadhurst, of Milwaukie, was taken into custody in February after reportedly confessing to trading the illicit material over a p2p network.

Detectives say Broadhurst, who prefers girls between the ages of 8 and 11, tapped into various unsecured wireless networks using a directional WiFi antenna that he purchased overseas.

The pot-smoking and obviously paranoid 9/11 truther obsessed with conspiracy theories and ponytails (see above MySpace) has since plead not guilty.

Christopher Endicott Accused Of Killing Barbara & Gary Holloway

A 15-year-old boy from Kentucky has been charged with killing his legal guardians after police went to a rural home in Edmonton and found two dead bodies.

An Amber Alert had earlier been issued for the suspect, Christopher Endicott and his 12-year-old girlfriend Kyra Shockley after police suspected the two might have been involved in the double homicide, a report by the UPI stated.

Endicott is accused of shooting both 51-year-old Barbara Holloway and 50-year-old Gary Holloway and then stealing their 1997 Chevy Lumina.

The two were found dead in their bed by their adult son.

The 250 lb. Endicott had been placed in care of the Holloway's after his mother just couldn't handle him anymore.

His biological father is also said to currently be serving time in prison.

Police say his now dead guardians had earlier ordered him to stop seeing his girlfriend of three months.

Jeffrey Trantham Admits To Rape Of Girl, 6

A 24-year-old Maryland man has plead guilty to raping a little 6-year-old girl and then sharing the images and videos to others over the Internet.

Jeffrey Joseph Trantham, of Ellicott City, is expected to be sentenced next month following his arrest and the subsequent discovery of over 600 images and several videos depicting child pornography on his personal computer.

Some of the material is said to have also contained "acts of violence", according to a report by Explore Howard.

Investigators say Trantham repeatedly abused the child for two months in 2009 and even streamed the victim to pervy viewers over the Internet using a webcam.

Donald Ponder Busted On Kiddy Porn Charges

An 45-year-old Alaska man has turned himself in on charges that he distributed videos of child pornography over the Internet.

Donald R. Ponder, of Anchorage, has been charged with distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography.

Police say they went to his residence on March 3rd and seized various computer equipment where they allegedly later discovered the videos.

Firefighter Randolph Billington Arrested For Child Porn

Police in New York have arrested a 31-year-old firefighter employed with the Fort Johnson Fire Department after his boss reportedly discovered child pornography on the station's computer.

Randolph Billington, of Amsterdam, was then taken into custody and charged with Possession of an Obscene Sexual Performance of a Child following the investigation that reportedly began sometime in early March.

Detectives say they traced the suspected images to Billington, whose bail has been set at $5,000.

Youth Minister Arrested For Rape Of 15-Year-Old

Wilmington, DE --- A Youth Pastor from Miracle Temple Holy Church as been arrested for third-degree rape of a member of his church. He had met the girl there little over a month ago.

Robert Stoner, 38, came to the attention of police when a 15-year-old was reported missing by her mother after not returning home on a school night. Police were directed by the mother to check the youth minister's home. No one answered the door.

After patrolling the area, police found the girl walking along a street. She made a statement to hospital personnel that Stoner had raped her.

When questioned by police, Stoner admitted to having had sex with the girl approximately six times in his home while his son was asleep. He has been charged with six counts of third-degree rape.

Elementary School Music Teacher Arrested For Child Porn

Starksboro, VT — An elementary school music teacher at Starksboro and Bristol elementary schools is alleged to have images of child porn on his computer.

Will J. Parini, 28, was arrested after a child porn investigation led back to yahoo account, "billmonday27". A person going by the name "Bill" had traded child porn with a minor in Texas. The account was traced back to Parini, which he first admitted to using. When further questioned, he asked for a lawyer.

In addition to teaching music in school, Parini gives private guitar lessons. He is a local musician who played in the band "Deep Freyed Blues Band". (Pictured second from the left.)

Although the U.S. Attorney's office wanted him to remain in jail, deeming him a danger to the community and a flight risk, Parini has been released under strict conditions. He has been ordered to surrender his passport and stay away from children, computers, alcohol and drugs.

Mark A. Rounds, 35, a married father of two young girls, came under investigation in November after the Attorney General's CyberCrime Unit discovered he was visiting and contributing to a website that featured "torture, sex, death and fine dining". Which word does not belong with the other three?

Rounds' computer was found to have hundreds of thousands of pornographic images on it. He admitted to investigators, "Honestly, you could classify what I have as a porn addiction, but I'm very careful. (My wife) doesn't like it." You think? Honestly, how many hours, days, weeks or months does it take to amass that much porn?

Dozens of child porn videos were discovered on his computer, showing children as young as 8-years-old. A word to the wife.... RUN!

Church Pianist Arrested At High School Now Charged with Statutory Rape

Currie, NC---- The pianist and "Minister of Music" for smaller churches in the Wilmington and Pender County area was arrested at Pender High School on March 8th, when he attempted to take a 15-year-old student off campus.

Inside the suspect's vehicle officers discovered three (3) bags of sex toys, lubricants and print-outs of sexually explicit e-mails with the boy's name on them.

Michael Eugene Nobles, 45, admitted to having a seven (7) month relationship with the boy. A laptop and videos were seized from his home. The investigation is ongoing as there is a strong possibility of more victims.

Along with Trespassing and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Michael Nobles has been charged with five (5) counts of Crimes Against Nature, Statutory Rape and Indecent Liberties With a Minor. He is being held on a $2.76 million bond.

"Vurt" Arrested After 8 Minute Solo Sex Show At Sonic Drive-Thru Window

Tulsa, OK --- On March 2nd, at 10:30pm, a male, wearing a t-shirt that said, "VURT", was filmed pleasuring himself while standing in front of the drive-thru window at a Tulsa Sonic on March 2nd, at 10:30pm.

Ferrier is now out of the Tulsa City Jail on a $5,000 bond.

Church Volunteer, Derek Ripley, GUILTY of Possession Of Child Porn

Fort Worth, TX---- A 27-year-old youth volunteer for Trinity Chapel Church in Benbrook has been arrested on charges of possession and distribution of child pornography.

Derek McCoy Ripley has been ordered to remain in federal custody after an investigation revealed that username "Leak13" had been sharing folders with numerous images of child porn, which included videos of young boys engaging in sex.

Further investigation determined Ripley is "Leak13".

If convicted, Derek Ripley could face up to 20 years in prison, with lifetime supervision upon his release.

Ripley can be found all over the internet using his MySpace name, "Ripbu". He even asks online how to hide the titles of the "adult" dvds in his online collection.

UPDATE 11-16-11: It's now official, Derek Ripley is a pervert.

Youth Pastor, Brent Girouex, Extradited On Sex Charges (Guilty)

Council Bluffs, Iowa---- A former youth pastor of Victory Fellowship Ministeries was arrested on a warrant by a fugitive task force in Omaha, Nebraska.

Brent Girouex, 33, has been charged with 60 felony counts of "sexual exploitation by a counselor or therapist".

The alleged incidents occurred between 2007 and 2009. The complainants are six (6) young males, aged 14 to 20.

Girouex, a married father of a young son, is being held in the Pottawattamie County jail after being extradited. If convicted, each charge could bring him five years in prison. The investigation is still ongoing.

Update: Girouex is now out jail on a $30,000 bond. He has admitted to molesting no less than 6 males. Eight young men have come forward to press charges. They stated that the pastor explained to them by having sex with him was to gain "sexual purity in the eyes of God".

Update: Girouez took a guilty plea to one count of third-degree sexual abuse. He entered an Alford plea to two counts of sexual exploitation by a counselor or therapist.

Douglas Shane Huntley Busted For Possession Of Child Porn

Arkansas----- A 19-year-old Conway man has been arrested for possession of child pornography by the Faulkner County Sheriff's Department.

Douglas Shane Huntley, or Shane Douglas Huntley, depending on which site you're viewing, had been under investigation for three months before being charged with five counts of possessing, and five counts of distributing, child porn.

The children featured were between the ages of 7 to 15. Several computers were seized.

Huntley has more than a few social networking sites. MySpace 1, MySpace 2, MyYearBook, Facebook 1 and Facebook 2 w/creepy photos and anime. Hello Kitty and that yellow whatyamacall it seem to be big favorites.

Police Sergeant, Jonathan Kendall, Arrested For Child Porn

Delaware---- A Harrington police sergeant was arrested for possession of child porn after an investigation by the Delaware Child Predator Task Force.


Jonathan Kendall, 37, had seventeen years on the department and was voted Officer of the Year in 2002. He is now being held on a $272,000 bond after evidence was seized from his home and personal vehicle.

Approximately 200 images were found password protected on Kendall's computer. More than 27 images were of boys between the ages 10 and 15

There were also records of an online transaction with “Azov Films” where “Jonathan Kendall ordered and had shipped to (his home) several videos of suspected child pornography".

In addition to 27 counts of possession of child porn, Kendall is being charged for hindering prosecution after admitting to trying to destroy his hard drive by smashing it with a hammer. He is also charged with official misconduct and is now on suspension.

Kendall has a MySpace, jskiier, with blogs and anime. It's juvenile.

Utah---- A 20-year-old Roosevelt woman is facing charges of Child Abuse Homicide after her baby died after being taken off life support.

Samantha Lynn Gilley brought her lifeless 2-month-old daughter to Uintah Basin Medical Center on February 28th. Doctors managed to revive the infant, who was cold and blue in the face upon arrival. She was placed on life support and flown to Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, where she lingered 5 days until her death.

Riyln Paige Gilley showed evidence of being violently shaken, having hemorrhaging in the brain and retinal hemorrhages in both eyes.

Investigators believe Gilley caused the death of her infant.

Joel Hartenbower Got Snitched Off For Child Porn

Missouri ------ A Columbia man has been arrested at his home for possessing a large amount of child porn. The Boone County Sheriff's Cyber Task Force had received a tip.

Joel W. Hartenbower, 38, was booked and charged with three counts of possessing child porn after evidence was seized from his home. A large amount of photos and videos of children, young as two to four years old, engaging in sexual contact were discovered on his computer.

Hartenbower, a self employed computer tech, is now out on a $60,000 bond. MySpace: "Zaldor" is "lonely"

Henry Erb Charged With Molesting 4-year-old Girl

Edgewater, FL ----- A Volusia County man has been arrested after being caught in a bedroom molesting 4-year-old girl he had undressed.

Henry Erb, 23, allegedly had the little girl lying on her stomach as caressed her body while exposing his penis.

Erb has been charged with Lewd and Lascivious molestation, which is considered a Life Felony in Florida. He could receive 25 years to life. Erb is currently not allowed to have bail.

Kyle Berryessa Charged With Aggravated Sex Abuse Of Children

Utah ---- A Washington City man has been arrested after an investigation into the sexual abuse of two children, a male and a female.

Kyle Alexander Berryessa, 30, has been charged with felony Aggravated Sex Abuse of a Child and felony Sodomy of a Child.

Berressa was booked into the Purgatory Correctional Facility (gotta love that name) with a bail of $40,000. The investigation is continuing as it is still "early on".

Swim Coach Jamie Waite Arrested For Sex With Student

Ogden, Utah----- A Ben Lomond high school volunteer swim coach has been arrested for having sex with a member on her swim team.

Jamie Waite, 34, is facing charges for two counts of rape of a minor and two counts of sodomy of a minor. The relationship is alleged to have occurred in her home from November 2010, through February of this year.

The male victim broke things off Waite because "he did not feel good about the activities taking place".

Due to statements made during the investigation, detectives believe there may be other victims. Waite remains in the Webber County jail.

Tammy Allison Kelley Arrested For Repeatedly Stabbing 12-year-old girl

Logansport, IN------ It's often said that no good deed ever goes unpunished. In one extreme example, a woman was arrested after stabbing the daughter of her boyfriend who was allowing her to stay temporarily in his apartment.

On Sunday morning, the 12-year-old girl was eating breakfast while watching television. Tammy Allison Kelley, formerly from Kokomo, allegedly approached the girl and stabbed her several times in the upper torso with a steak knife.

The victim managed to escape to a neighbor's apartment, then had to be life-flighted to a hospital. She is expected to survive.

Kelley, 35, didn't go down easily. She fought and kicked two officers while being arrested. She is being charged with attempted murder, criminal recklessness with a weapon and battery on a police officer.

Michael Patrick Sutton Busted In Child Porn Investigation

Lombard, IL ---- An undercover investigation into possession of child porn has landed a Lombard man in jail.

Michael Patrick Sutton, 20, is kicking it back in the DuPage County Jail in Wheaton. His bond is set at $100,000 for one count. More charges may be forthcoming.

Molester Tells Police 7-Year-Old Came Onto Him

Police in Louisiana have arrested a 26-year-old man on charges that he molested a 7-year-old girl on multiple occasions.

After being taken into custody, Daniel Paz, of Metairie, then admitted to investigators that he had in fact molested the girl in three separate incidents and even told them that the child came onto him and was the aggressor in all of this.

Paz is said to be an acquaintance of the victim's family and often babysat at their home while the mother was away.

He writes that he's the "best person in the world" on his above MySpace profile.

Soldier Daryl Waldron Arrested For Sex With MySpace Girl

A North Carolina man has been taken into custody after allegedly having a week-long sexual rendezvous with a 14-year-old girl he met using MySpace.

Daryl Sage Waldron, 27, of Waynesville, has been charged with one count of first-degree statutory rape and three counts of second-degree statutory rape after admitting to detectives that he engaged in sexual activity with her on numerous occasions.

According to a report, Waldron had befriended her on the once popular social networking giant when she was just 13.

While I won't be linking the teen's MySpace profile, Mr. Waldron can clearly be seen commenting on some of the various pictures she had posted on her profile.

Three Men Arrested For Sex Assault Of Unconsious Woman

Manly, Iowa ---- Three Worth County men are charged with the sexual assault of an unconscious woman. The crime occurred on December 5th. Hours later, medics responded to a call of a woman not breathing. She died.

Tyler Wirtjes, 27, and his two 19-year-old buddies, Jason Walker and Zachary Patterson were partying it up at his house. They all drank until a woman in the home became unconscious. Not one to let a party end early, Wirtjes carried her to a bedroom and broke out a sex toy. He sexually assaulted the woman with the device as the teens urged him on and helped by replacing the batteries.

After Walker and Patterson left the home, Wirtjes sexually abused the woman again, who was still unconscious, taking photos of the assault with his cell phone. By early morning, Briget Wirtjes, wife of Tyler Wirtjes and the mother of two young children, would be found dead in her bed.

Police will not confirm that the woman sexually assaulted that night was Brigett Wirtjes, as they do not identify sexual assault victims. Tyler Wirtjes deleted the damning photos from his cell phone, but they were later recovered through forensic analysis.

Wirtjes, along with Zachary Patterson and Jason Walker were arrested and charged with second-degree sexual abuse. Convictions could result in up to 25 years in prison. Their bonds are set at $100,000.

College Student Exposing Himself To Local Women Arrested

Lake in the Hills, IL ----- Anthony M. Andrea, 21, a McHenry County College student was arrested on campus after being charged with exposing his penis and masturbating in front of local women.

The first incident occurred December 1st, where Andrea made lewd comments to a woman. He quickly drove off when she started to call police. The second incident was January 25, where he drove up to another woman and got her to approach his car, while exposing himself and masturbating. The third time was a charm. On February 28th, Andrea displayed himself yet again. The woman got his license plate number.

Andrea, who goes by "Tony", was charged public indecency, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

On his MySpace, spazman42, Andrea claims, "im an introvert, it takes a little more time for me to open up to most people, but after that happens its all good times."

Jason Burdash: 20,000 Plus Files Of Child Porn

Rensselaer, NY ---- An ex-con was arrested for possession of child pornography after a month long investigation by The FBI and local police.

Jason T. Burnash, 30, was found to have more than 20,000 images of child porn on his personal laptop. He has no permanent residence and was picked up at a friend's house.

Burnash, no stranger to law enforcement, has previously served two stints in prison for burglary and arson. His awesome face and neck (living dead) tatts guarantee that he will never fail to get picked out of a police lineup for the rest of his life. Way to go dude.

The Perv Files: Steve Lazarus Busted For Child Porn

Henderson, NV ----- Steve Lyon Lazarus, a father of two, has been arrested and charged with 20 counts of possessing child porn and 3 counts of distribution.

The videos were found on the computer in his master bedroom. He made no comment to police when he showed up during their search. Neighbors are not amused.

Steve Lazarus, 44, was booked into the Henderson Detention Center of $175,000 bail.
