School Coach, Brian T. Funk: Sexting & Child Porn

Severn, MD---- A high school coach at Archbishop Spalding High School has been arrested for engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a student.

Brian Timothy Funk, 40, of Pasadena, is charged with showing porn and trading lewd photos with a female student via personal cell phones. The relationship started over the summer, and came to light when Funk took the girl on a date to see a movie.

Funk is looking at ten years for 'possession of child porn', and one year for 'display of an obscene item to a minor'.

Funk has a MySpace and a Facebook. He is a contributor on the Pasadena Patch News. His public profile states:

"I like to read, write, play with my son, spend time with my wife, and coach my track & field and cross country teams when I'm not writing articles for Patch.com."

I bet the wife isn't amused. My advice to her, take the boy and run.

The Perv Files: Nathan H. Arger, High School Staff Member

LaGrange Park, IL---- A part time staff member at Lyons Township High School has been arrested for possession and transportation of child pornography.

Nathan "Nate" Arger, 32, was working as a non-faculty member with the school's radio and TV station. More than 1,000 images of child pornography were found on his home computer.

Additionally, photographs and videos were found that showed Arger with two different prepubescent girls, one of whom was partially nude as he spanked her as she lay across his lap.

Arger's child porn p2p screen name is Mrdizzle420.

Although Arger admits his favorite victims are little girls, aged 5 to 10, he kept photos of young boys for trading purposes. Many of the images show the children in bondage being sexually abused. Arger admits to masturbating to these photos and videos.

John Buddeke Gets Busted For Child Porn While Being Evicted

Illinois---- Things went from bad to worse for a Chicago man. While being evicted from his home for unpaid taxes, sheriff's deputies found child porn displayed on his computer.

I guess that's where a password protected screen saver might have come in handy.

John Buddeke, 52, was arrested after admitting that he had been 'downloading child porn for nearly 20 years'. Floppy discs and hard drives were found to contain images of children in engaging in sexual acts. Some appeared to be under the age of twelve.

Buddeke was charged aggravated possession of child pornography. He is already out of the Cook County jail on a $50,000 bond.

Basement Dweller Eric Hanson Busted For Child Porn

Minnesota---- An Eagan man was arrested after 589 images of child porn were found on his personal laptop and hard drives.

Eric Andrew Hanson, 23, first came under scrutiny after videos of young boys were being sent from his IP address. He lives in his parent's basement.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children identified 134 of the image files and 17 video files as child victims. Many of the images found on Hanson's computer were of boys as young as 8-years-old.

Hanson admitted possessing child porn at his home and on his laptop at work. He is now kicking back in the Dakota County Jail waiting for a court appearance.

Being a perv seems to age a person. Hanson doesn't look a day under 40 in his mug shot.

Martin And Clarissa Mosley Charged With Child Porn

Kentucky---- A Neon couple has been arrested and charged with possession of child pornography after an indictment was handed down by the grand jury.

Clarissa Dawn Mosley, 23, and Martin W. Mosley, 31, were arrested by Kentucky State troopers after an investigation by the Cyber Crimes Unit that began almost two years ago.

Martin Mosley was indicted on 52 counts of complicity to possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. Clarissa Mosley was indicted on 9 counts of the same charge. Martin Mosley also was indicted on one count of distribution of child pornography.

The couple can be found on the sex/porn/swinging/whatever floats your boat site of AdultSpace. Martin goes by "martin12" and has an "ewww" worthy profile photo. Clarissa goes by the handle "babygirl41840" and claims to sell sex toys.

Martin has a MySpace and a Facebook. He claims to be a fire fighter.

The Mosley's are now chilling in the Letcher County jail looking at one to five. Their bonds have not been set at this time.

Daryl VonNeida Busted For Production & Possession Child Porn

Dix, NY---- A Schuyler county man has been charged with two counts of first degree sexual abuse of a child after numerous items were seized from his home during a raid by State and FBI officers.

Daryl E. VonNeida, 61, is alleged to have sexually abused two young children. State and federal charges of production and possession of child pornography are pending as additional victims are trying to be identified.

VonNeida claims to be a professor of psychology at the Regent Bible Institute on his public Facebook, "Heyitsmrdaryl". He is affiliated with "His Tabernacle Family Church" in Horseheads, NY, and his hobby is photography.

Youth Hockey Coach, Michael Wenger, Busted For Child Porn

INDIANA---- A Fort Wayne youth hockey coach as been arrested for distributing child porn.

Michael Charles Wenger, 25, has been a coach for the past 3 to 4 years, but was leaving soon to take a position with the Bishop Dwenger (Catholic) High School's hockey team. That job offer has been rescinded.

Swell guy that he is, Wenger was doing all his kiddie porn activities using a buddy's IP address. Approximately 40 videos and 60 images were found on his computer and been made available for downloading on the network.

Wenger admitted to investigators that he had been using the file sharing network for about a year, with approximately 20 friends on the network. He admitted to using the network about once a day for “child pornography activities” (fap fap fap) according to court documents.

Florida Cat Killers: Mason Lanier and Ethan Peoples

Florida---- Two Jacksonville teens have been arrested after trapping and executing cats for their own amusement.

Mason Lanier, 18, and Ethan Peoples, 17, were jailed after police showed up at Lanier’s apartment in response to a drug complaint.

Multiple cat killing videos found on Lanier’s cell phone. The video showed "the execution of multiple cats” being shot in the head at point-blank range by a male holding a rifle. Another male was heard laughing and saying, “shoot him in the face” and “all right let me do this one.” Lanier admits videotaping while Peoples killed the cats.

Ethan Peoples, whose family owns the Clark’s Fish Camp restaurant in Jacksonville, had allegedly complained to Lanier that there were too many cats hanging around the place.

Police found guns and thousands of dollars inside a safe inside Lanier's home. Along with animal cruelty, he is being charged with criminal conspiracy, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possessing drug paraphernalia. Peoples is charged with animal cruelty.

Former Daycare Worker Seth Osmun Busted For Child Porn

TX --- A 31-year-old unemployed "Children's Courtyard" daycare worker and substitue teacher in Austin as been arrested for using a P2P to upload child pornography.

The undercover investigation was conducted by the state's Cyber Crimes Unit along with the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Hundreds of images of children being sexually assaulted were found on Seth Timothy Osmun's personal computer. Officers later caught up with him at the Austin-Bergstrom airport, (Going somewhere Seth?) where they confiscated a second laptop.

The former child care worker is being held in the Travis County Jail on a $15,000 bond.

Osmun is quite active on the internet. He goes by the name Amala-Banyan Tree on soundcloud.com. He has a MySpace and a Facebook, here, and Facebook group, "Seth Osmun for future elementary teacher" here.

Osmun's has a music profile on podomatic.com. He claims to be an aspiring bedroom DJ.

Joshua Jaggears Arrested For Soliciting Three Minors

Ennis, TX---- An agricultural teacher at Ennis High School has been arrested for online solicitation of minors.*

Joshua Jaggears, 27, was allowed to submit his resignation to the school district before being arrested. At this time detectives aren't saying much, only that there are three confirmed victims.

The offenses are alleged to have occurred last year and over the summer.

Jaggears, who goes by "Josh", was mentioned in a news story about his school, “I’m looking forward to becoming a better teacher to better engage my students.”
