Police: Sex Offender Lured Girl For Sex Using Facebook

Maryland--A registered sex offender has been accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl he met on Facebook.

Cameron Antwon Ball, 21, of Lexington Park, reportedly used the screen name, "AWWMANCAM" on Facebook to befriend the victim, and after chatting back and forth the two agreed to meet for sex.

Ball was arrested at his residence in Lexington park.

Brandon Lahr Arrested For Molesting Relative

A 19-year-old Arizona man has been for allegedly molesting a female relative beginning when she just 5.

Brandon Lee Lahr, of Phoneix, was later interviewed by police and admitted to molestation allegations.

Lahr is now facing facing 2 counts of sexual conduct with a minor, 2 counts of sexual abuse and 1 count of molestation.

He is currently employed as a bouncer at Borrowed Bucks in Grand Forks.

In his spare time, Nesdhale enjoys watching the CBS hit "NCIS", four wheeling, drawing and dazzling in all the wonder that is "Air Hogs".

Matthew Curtner Charged In Sex Assault Of Child, Dog

I can't tell you how many times I've seen the words, "sexual assault", "child" and "dog" in the same headline over the last six years while blogging here.

And now again comes another great 'wtf' moment via a disturbing article out of North Carolina that I've been saving for awhile now...

"A Rowan County man was arrested and charged with molesting an 11-year-old girl and sexually violating a dog..."

Matthew Curter, 29, was arrested by authorities after they say he admitted to molesting the girl and having sex with his pet dog on a regular basis.

Curtner has since been charged with three counts of first-degree sex offense of a child, crime against nature and cruelty to an animal by torture.

He remains in jail in lieu of 1 million dollars.

Police Arrest Cory Cooper For Child Porn

A 40-year-old married man and father of two has been arrested in Colorado on child pornography charges.

Cory C. Cooper, of Windsor, was taken into custody following a multi-state investigation and subsequently charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a child.

Authorities say he was arrested while downloading the illicit material in his basement.

Cooper reportedly admitted to downloading "hundreds" of pictures of children being sexually abused in the past "couple of years".

Besides the above Facebook profile, Mr. Cooper also maintained a page on MySpace here as well as creating an account over on proboards found here.

There's just too many links associated with Cooper to post but to dwindle everything down, it does appear he has an obsession with both online role playing games and pirates.

Police: Jesus Cornelio Killed Cousin Over Cellphone‎

A 17-year-old Colorado teen has been charged has an adult in the death of his 2-year-old cousin.

Jesus Cornelio, of Greely, is accused of shoving the boy off a couch in an apparent struggle over his cellphone.

The suspect reportedly had been trying to access his Facebook page at the time of the incident.

The boy was so badly bruised and injured that he was flown to a hospital in Aurora where he later suffered a cardiac arrest and died two days later.

Police say Cornelio changed his story four different times before eventually coughing up.

He also reportedly admitted to previously being in a gang.

Man Charged With Rape Of Facebook Friend

A 51-year-old Washington man has been arrested after allegedly raping a woman he met using Facebook.

Leo B. Bunker, of Winlock, has been held on a $200,000 bond and charged with two counts of second-degree rape, one count of threatening to kill and two counts of violating a court order.

Bunker has been accused of raping the unidentified victim "multiple times".

Charles Crampton Held In Murder Of Uncle Robert Blizzard

A North Carolina man is expected to be charged with first-degree murder in the death of his uncle.

Charles Christopher Crampton, of Jacksonville, was arrested earlier this morning around 2:00 A.M. while driving a Corvette belonging to his now deceased uncle, Robert Herman Blizzard.

Blizzard, a retired Fort Bragg soldier, was found at his home on Friday where police say Crampton had been recently staying.

According to a report, a weapon had been recovered in Crampton possession.

The 21-year-old, who was employed at a local Walmart, is also so-called "friends" with the victim's son as is seen on his above Facebook profile.

I wasn't quite sure that the profile initially belonged to Crampton as some of his pictures didn't look (at least to me) like the mugshot provided by the police department, but his D/O/B of 09/11/1990 and connection to his full name, victim's name and location sealed the deal for the post.

Besides the aforementioned Facbeook profile, Crampton also maintained two skeleton-like accounts on both myYearbook and MySpace.

Paul Firenze Jailed In Rape Of Child

Police in New York have arrested a Fulton man on child rape charges.

Paul Firenze, 33, has been charged with first degree rape, sex abuse, criminal sale of marijuana, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Firenze is also accused of supplying the 12-year-old girl with marijuana.

Alex Artis Charged In Rape Of Child

A 19-year-old North Carolina man has been arrested on charges of statutory rape involving a child between the ages of 4 & 6.

Alex Ruiz Artis, of Grifton, is currently being held on $155,000 bond for the alleged assault and also one count of identity theft.

As of this writing, not much is known regarding the case against Artis other than that he's expected to appear in court later today on the charges.

Not really much there (for us to see) on his above Facebook account either, but Artis also had a MySpace profile found here as well as an account on Twitter here.

Niyaz Sainudeen Never Got Back Home

A 40-year-old Pennsylvania man could face up to 70 years in prison after trying to flee the country on kiddy porn charges after police payed him a visit earlier that day at his home in Bethlehem.

The suspect, Niyaz Sainudeen, was identified as the owner of the suspected files that were being shared with undercover investigators using a p2p file sharing network.

Sainudeen was present during the police search but then booked a flight to Abu Dhabi later that day.

He was arrested at John F. Kennedy International Airport.

Police: Man Used Facebook To Solicit Boys

Here's another dumb Facebook user:

A 19-year-old West Virginia man was arrested after allegedly using Facebook to try and have sex with a male minor, while his girlfriend was away at work.

Police think Matthew Patrick also solicited other teen boys as well.

Bail was set at $30,000.

I'm guessing Patrick won't be having sex with anyone anytime soon...

Sex Offender Arrested After Facebook Contact

A registered sex offender in New Jersey has been arrested after allegedly engaging in sexually charged conversations over Facebook with a 15-year-old North Haledon boy.

Kevin Shane Wild, 28, was apprehended after the teen's parents contacted police who then subsequently took over his Facebook account.

Wild's is a former scout master who was convicted in 2004.

The investigation is said to have lasted 5 months.

Lafonsa Perry Jailed On Child Rape Following Facebook Post

A 22-year-old Pennsylvania man has been arrested on child rape charges after posting sexually explicit messages on an 11-year-old girl's Facebook page.

Lafonsa Perry, of Lansdale, was taken into custody after a family member of the child reportedly discovered "disturbing" messages posted by the suspect and subsequently contacted police.

Perry is accused of supplying the girl with marijuana and then sexually assaulting her.

Camp Counselor Matthew Winton Arrested

A 25-year-old California man has been jailed on a $500,000 bond after allegedly molesting a then 7-year-old girl in 2010.

Before his arrest, Matthew Winton, of Oxnard, reportedly had worked as a part time counselor at Pacific Camps for roughly seven years.

He is accused of molesting the girl on a bus.

Facebook Activity Leads To Arrests

Two people have been jailed on unrelated cases in two different states involving child pornography and Facebook activity.

In Connecticut an unidentified 17-year-old male allegedly downloaded more than 200 pictures of children being sexually abused to a Facebook account.

The Milford teen was taken into custody after computers and other electronic devices were seized from his home.

He is due back in court in May.

Over in Georgia there's the case of a 31-year-old Cumming man who reportedly posed as a teenage girl in order to meet boys online.

The phony Facebook account of the suspect allegedly belonged to that of Brendan J. Spaar.

He has been charged with four counts of child molestation, four counts of sexual exploitation of children and three counts of computer pornography.

Neil Geckle Jailed For Facebook Porn

Pennsylvania--A 19-year-old Radnor man gets the 'dumb ass of the day' award for stealing Facebook pictures of various local high school girls, masturbating to them in his grandmother's bedroom and then taking a photo (after the act) and uploading the pics back to the girl's Facebook pages.

Police eventually identified the pervy suspect as Neil Geckle, who didn't seem to think it wasn't that big of a deal upon his arrest.

He must have thought it was a big deal at some point, as the pictures posted were created using a fictitious account.

Anyway, it doesn't really matter as the freak show now currently resides at a local jail on child porn charges and unable to come up with the $100,000 bail necessary to bust out.

Mickell Biggs Jailed For Child Molestation

A Indiana man was taken into custody by police late last week on child molestation allegations.

Mickell Ray Biggs, of Vincennes, was arrested following a joint investigation by the Department of Child Services and the Vincennes police department.

Biggs currently remains behind bars at the Knox County Jail.

Maria Rector Charged In Sex Abuse Case

A 23-year-old Illinois woman is currently behind bars after police say she sexually assaulted a 14-year-old boy.

Maria Rector, of Carmi, has been charged with five counts of criminal sexual abuse for allegedly engaging in sexual activity with minor between November and February of this year.

Rector, who is married, could face additional charges as the investigation continues.

Police: Christopher Banks Admits Rape Of Baby

Police in Massachusetts have arrested a 21-year-old man on charges that he raped a little 14-month old child.

Christopher Banks, of Ayer, reportedly admitted to assaulting the girl, putting her diaper back on and then handed the crying girl back over to her "caretaker" who subsequently noticed something odd and later rushed her to a local hospital.

The victimized child is not related to Mr. Banks, according to police.

Banks is now being held on a silly $50,000 bail thanks to the go get 'em judge.

Report: Scout Leader Anthony Polubinski Raped Boy Thousands Of Times

A 30-year-old married man and cub scout leader has been arrested for allegedly raping and photographing one of his cubbies.

Anthony Polubinski, of Oak Harbor, reportedly began raping and molesting the victim when he was between the ages of 8 and 9. The assaults are said to have have occurred "thousands of times" and pictures of the victim have since been recovered on the suspect's computer.

Police fear there are more victims possible.

Polubinski's profile on Facebook has suddenly disappeared since his recent arrest but there's still some Internet activity on his part available on the web.

MySpace Predator Gets Life...

A 35-year-old man from California who notoriously posed as a teenage girl on MySpace in order to have sex with them has now been sent to life in prison.

Joshua David Threlked, used the name "Sara Miller" and pretended to operate a phony modeling agency entitled, "Model-508 Studios," to solicit more young girls for nude modeling work.

Threlkeld met at least four young girl on the once popular social networking website for various pornographic shoots.

Nicholas Plachy Jailed In Kiddy Porn Case

An Illinois man residing in Havelock has been arrested on suspicion of accessing pictures and or videos containing child pornography.

The suspect, Nicholas Plachy, is accused of sharing various files of pre-pubescent boys engaging in sexual contact with other users on the Internet.

The 22-year-old was taken into custody following a search warrant and a subsequent quick computer scan reportedly uncovered numerous files containing the sexual abuse of children.

Jessica Tooley Charged With Incest In Sex Abuse Case

Police in Indiana have arrested an Anderson woman and her live in sex offender boyfriend on child molestation, incest and child pornography charges.

Jessica Tooley, is facing two charges of child molestation and two preliminary charges of incest for alleged sex acts with an 11-year-old girl.

William David Everage, the aforementioned registered offender, reportedly told detectives that both he and Tooler had been involved in the alleged assaults.

Tooley subsequently admitted to tying the girl in a bed, getting her drunk and allegedly assaulting her.

Ryan Theurer Admits To Pics Of 5-Year-Old Kids

A 25-year-old man in Illinois plead guilty to child pornography charges following his arrest last year.

Ryan S. Theurer, of Leland, is set to be sentenced later in June after he was taken into custody in November.

Thueurer easily posted the silly $3,000 bond and is currently hammering away on his above Facebook.

Some of the pictures uncovered on his computer featured children as young as 5.

Craig Redding Gets His Computer Taken Away

A 32-year-old Pennsylvania who worked with families of children who suffered mental disabilities has been arrested on child pornography charges.

Craig Redding, of Lancaster, has been charged with seven counts of sexual abuse of children for disseminating child pornography, 45 counts of sexual abuse of children for possessing child pornography and one count of obscene and other sexual materials and performances.

Redding also reportedly filmed an unidentified adult over the age of 18 in a state of undress without their knowledge.

He has since been released after posting bond.

Burns Day Jailed For 15 Minutes For Child Porn

A 59-year-old North Carolina man quickly posted a $100,000 bond 15 minutes after being arrested on child pornography charges.

Burns Edsel Day Jr., of Gastonia, faces 11 felony counts after police say he had videos of children as young as 3 engaging in sexual activity with adults.

According to arrest warrants, Day's computer featured video files with the word "baby" in the title as well.

Day doesn't have much on his above Facebook account but now at least he can finally add a picture to his profile.

A MySpace also exist in his name.

Brandon Brady Held In Rape Of Two Men

A 19-year-old Oklahoma man has been charged with rape after allegedly sexually assaulting two men at a hotel in Tulsa.

Brandon Alexander Brady, of Vici, was arrested earlier earlier today on accusations that were said to have taken place at the Double Tree Hotel in Tusla.

According to a report by KTUL:

"He checked into a room at the Double Tree Hotel in downtown -- and staying inside that same room were the two men who would be victimized later, according to police.

Both attacks occurred in the room's bathroom, according to Brady's booking report."

He is currently being held on $100,000 bond.

Keith Schwalbach Arrested In Sex Sting

Wisconsin--A 44-year-old father of three has been arrested for allegedly attempting to engage in sexual activity with someone whom he believed to be a 15-year-old girl.

Keith Earl Schwalbach, of Milwaukee, reportedly sent a video of himself masturbating and also engaged in sexually charges conversations with an undercover officer posing as the teen.

Schwalbach was arrested at a restaurant where he was suppose to meet his 15-year-old date but was instead greeted by police.

He has since been released from jail.

Sex Offender Joel Alexander Jailed In Facebook Contact

A 35-year-old level two registered sex offender from Washington has been arrested for allegedly attempting to meet an 11-year-old Facebook friend for sex.

Joel Ryan Alexander, of Snohomish, was taken into custody after reportedly traveling to Elma to meet the boy in the men's restroom at a local park.

Instead, an undercover officer was there to kindly greet him.

The initial investigation began when a concerned mother noticed her son engaging in inappropriate conversations over Facebook with the suspect.

An agent with the MECTF subsequently took over the Facebook account and began to correspond with Mr. Alexander.

During the chats, he allegedly also sent child pornography to the undercover detective.

Alexander had previously been placed on the state's registry following a 2001 conviction on child rape charges.

Taylor Dering Held In Rape Of Woman, 88

A 20-year-old Texas man has been arrested and charged with the rape of an 88-year-old woman.

Taylor Dewayne Dering, of Anson, has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of an elderly person after his ankle GPS device pinged him at the scene of the alleged crime on Friday.

The alleged victim was raped at her residence in Anson and police say there were signs of forced entry.

Dering had previously been charged with sexual assault of a child last year in far East Texas, according to court records.

Internet Sting Lands Dale Eugene Heath In Jail

A 33-year-old Florida man is currently behind bars after allegedly performing sex acts via a webcam to someone whom he believed to be a 12-year-old boy.

Dale Eugene Heath Jr., of Inverness, has been charged with six counts of transmitting child pornography; one count of using a computer to seduce, solicit or lure a child; one count of possession of child pornography; one count of lewd and lascivious exhibition; and one count of introducing contraband into a detention facility.

Heath reportedly asked the "boy" (who was actually an undercover officer), how old he was and the detective responded 12.

Heath continued chatting and according to the Citrus County Chronicle:

"Heath performed sexual acts on his webcam and asked if the boy’s sister wanted to watch. He then began to instruct who he thought was a young boy and his sister on how to perform sex acts on each other and sent approximately a dozen pictures showing child pornography."

The detective, in a complete wtf mode, would have none of that and immediately went to Heath's house and arrested him.

The suspect subsequently confessed to the allegations and admitted to having actively downloaded child pornography for years now.

As he was being transported to a county jail, an officer seized marijuana in Heath's pockets.

Thomas Wakeman Busted For Kiddy Porn

After an extensive investigation by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation a 26-year-old man was taken into custody on child pornography possession.

Thomas Corey Wakeman, of Auburn, was arrested after the NCMEC notified GBI officials that the suspect had been uploading numerous pictures of both child erotica and child pornography on a popular photo sharing website.

Several computers belonging to the Mr. Wakeman have since been seized and multiple files of child pornography have been recovered by investigators.

He is currently held on a $27, 700 bond.

Walmart Predator Identified As David Dobbs

Walmart surveillance video has led to sexual assault charges of a 54-year-old man.

David Alan Dobbs, formerly of Washington D.C., is accused of assaulting the unidentified 13-year-old girl at a Walmart in Maryland.

Police say Dobbs also inappropriately touched two other girls at the store, including a 10-year-old child.

Alleged Facebook Predator Jailed With Father

A 34-year-old man in Pennsylvania has been taken into custody on child pornography and other charges after allegedly creating a fake Facebook profile and subsequently befriended hundreds of young girls.

Police say Charles South, of McKeesport posed as 16-year-old boy named "Matt Williams" and reportedly had inappropriate conversations with at least six girls as young as 13.

In a rather odd twist, his father, 68-year-old Henry Benton South was also arrested on child pornography charges.

Both now reside at the Allegheny County Jail on $100,000 bail.

Child Porn Suspect David Bristow Missing

Police in Alaska are currently looking for a 52-year-old man after they reportedly found pictures and videos of children being sexually abused on his computer.

David Bristow, of Anchorage, has been charged with five counts of distributing child pornography and three counts of possessing child pornography.

Anyone with information on Mr. Bristow is urged to contact police at 786-8900 or Crime Stoppers at 561-7867.

Report: Tutor Victim Woke To Horror Of Roger Wiles

Bail has been set at $100,000 for a Morgantown tutor accused of sexually abusing a 15-year-old boy.

Roger Wayne Wiles, has been charged with sexual abuse by a custodian and second degree sexual assault.

The 23-year-old suspect is believed to have drugged and performed oral sex on the victim at his small apartment.

Austin Kashat Gets Touchy With 5-Year-Old

A pervy 19-year-old prophetic man from Michigan has been accused of molesting a 5-year-old girl.

Austin Kashat, of Sterling Heights, was taken into custody after admitting to police during an interview that he took the alleged victim to a local park and intentionally touched "intimate parts" of her body.

Police refused to elaborate more on the case.

In a sad touch of irony, the above Pedobear picture that links to his Facebook account had actually been posted on Kashat's MySpace profile in 2011.

Daniel Mossey Gets Touchy With 2-Year-Old

A homeless man from Pennsylvania has been arrested for sexually assaulting a little 2-year-old boy.

Police say Daniel Ray Mossey, 43, admitted to them in an interview to touching the boy's private area "for self-gratification" while babysitting him at home where he was supposedly allowed to stay.

The father became aware of the incident after the boy woke up screaming for someone to stop touching him, according to The Scranton Times Tribune.

Bail was set at $100,000.

While Mossey is said to be homeless, he still managed to maintain a profile on Facebook. It looks like word has already gotten out as is evident with some of the comments posted there by his 'friends'.

Police Charge Joseph Lipp In Facebook Assault Case

Police in New Jersey have arrested a West Milford man on accusations that he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl he befriended on Facebook.

Joseph Lipp, 23, has been charged charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Investigators say he used the site to meet the girl in March.

The Star-Ledger noted that Lipp changed his relationship status to "engaged" quickly after posting bond.

'Operation Darknet' Nabs Suspects

Rhode Island State Police have announced the arrest of 11 people suspected of sharing child pornography online.

The sting, dubbed "Operation Darknet", concluded after state, local and federal officers served 14 search warrants.

The alleged pictures and videos were reportedly of children ranging from toddlers to pre-teen's.

Child Molester Rickey Rowlett Gets Pen Pals From 4th Grade Class

The parents of two students at a Christian school in Houston are now suing the school for allowing a 4th grade class to be pen-pals with a convicted child molester.

The man the students had been writing to was Rickey Rea Rowlett of New Braunfels, who was convicted in March of repeatedly sexually assaulting a young girl for a period of over 3 years.

The teacher, Laura Perry, who taught the class at Trinity Lutheran Church and School, reportedly told the students Rowlett had been wrongly accused.

Perry is a family friend of Rowlett and her father even testified as a character witness for him, according to the Houston Chronicle.

As you can imagine Perry was let go and the principal who approved of the project, Amy Boatman, is currently on leave pending an investigation.

As odd as this story is, Laura Perry's own husband, Blake Perry, has also been charged with possessing and promoting child pornography in a separate case.

The parents lawsuit accuses the school of negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, vicarious liability and inflicting emotional distress.

Daniel Ferry & Veanuia Vehekite Jailed In Murder Of Annie Kasprzak

Two Utah men arrested on suspicion of homicide involving a 15-year-old girl have yet to officially be charged for the murder, but reports say the victim 'put up one hell of a fight'.

Daniel Robert Lehi Ferry, 31 and Veanuia Vehekite, 30, were both taken into custody last month and booked on unrelated charges.

Police believe Ferry killed 15-year-old Annie Grace Kasprzak after she refused sexual advances from him and dumped her body in the Jordan River.

Ex Teacher Marla Sizemore Charged With Sexual Assault

A former substitute teacher from Arkansas is currently facing numerous charges after throwing a party for junior and high school students and allegedly having sex with at least three of them.

Marla Rodgers Sizemore, 44, has been charged with two counts of first degree sexual assault and one count of second degree sexual assault.

The White Hall resident has also been charged with providing alcohol and contributing to the delinquency of minors.

Richard Finkbiner Charged With 'Sexploting' Boys

Police in Indiana have arrested a 39-year-old man on accusations that he coerced hundreds of teenage boys into sending sexually explicit pictures of themselves.

Richard Leon Finkbiner, of Brazil, was taken into custody earlier this week in what authorities are saying may be the largest case of it's kind in United States history.

Finkbiner is accused of targeting boys between 14 and 16.

Matthew Paco & Crystal Yasbeck Arrested On Child Abuse Charges

A Florida couple have been taken into custody after an investigation into possible child molestation allegations.

Matthew L. Paco, 29 and Crystal Yasbeck were both arrested at their home after DCF officials paid the duo a little visit.

Upon entering the residence on Monday, police found rotting food, hundred of flies and a child struggling with her crutches made from two pool cues.

Paco has been charged with lewd and lascivious molestation and child neglect while Yasbeck remains jailed for child neglect.

According to a report, the girl told investigators that Pasco molested her inside a bathroom.

The investigation began when the victim began acting strangely, trembling, refusing to urinate and grabbing her private area.

Matt Houle Ain't Hustlin No Mo'..

A small town North Dakota man has been charged with breaking into a Grand Forks home and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl.

Matthew Allen Houle, of Rugby, is now in custody and charged with Burglary and Gross Sexual Imposition.

The alleged assault occurred early Sunday morning on March 18th.

Houle remains behind bars on a $30,000 bond.

Report: Puccio Met Sacco Over Facebook

A 25-year-old Ohio man and four others have been arrested for the brutal murder of a 21-year-old woman.

Matthew Puccio, of Urbana, met the young victim identified as Jessica Sacco over Facebook and later following on-off relationship subsequently killed her by suffocation.

He then reportedly dismembered her body while four other suspects later covered up the crime.

According to Puccio, Sacco's last words were, "I still love you, and I forgive you."

She was dead in less than 60 seconds.

He has since told reporters he's 'insane' and now maintains the recently dead woman begged to be murdered.

Police: Iraq Soldier Christopher Bonick Met Victim Online

Tennessee--Agents working with the FBI are looking into possible allegations that a 27-year-old Iraq war veteran may have engaged in sexual activity with multiple teenage girls that he met over the Internet.

Christopher Nathan Bonick, of Murfreesboro, has already been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl at a Best Western Hotel in October of last year.

Bonick reportedly met the unidentified victim while serving in Iraq on a chat room.

I'm guessing the FBI feels there may be more victims in part because Bonick seems to be somewhat of an Internet junkie and can be found all over cyber space using the screen name, "fwogman".

Just a slight correction from the various news sources, jail records for Christopher Nathan Bonick state his age as 27, born on October 11, 1984.

Marvin Rideout Jailed In Child Porn Case

A 44-year-old married man from Virgina will appear in court later today on 40 counts of possession of child pornography.

Marvin Turner Rideout III, of New Kent, was taken into custody in March following a lengthy six-month investigation.

Rideout, who worked for Virginia Department of Health, also had been the head of the Child Identification program for the Free Masons.

The program collects various information (finger prints, etc..) on children in case they go missing.

Thomas Eberle Jailed In Sex Assault Of Three Girls

A 27-year-old California man was taken into custody last month on numerous charges of sexually assaulting three girls between the ages of 8-13.

Thomas Eberle, of Visalia, was apprehended by authorities after they served a search warrant at his residence and recovered more than 150 pictures of children engaged in sexual activity on his computer.

He has been charged with lewd and lascivious acts with a child, sodomy, oral copulation and possession of child pornography.

He remains jailed on $5 million dollar bond.

A second suspect, 19-year-old Isaac Gastelum, has also been arrested in connection with the case.

The investigation began following a tip from the NCMEC.

Jacob England & Alvin Watts Arrested In Shooting Rampage

Two men in Oklahoma have been arrested for allegedly killing three people and wounding two.

Alvin Watts, 32 and Jacob England, 19, were both taken into custody and are expected to be charged with three counts of first-degree murder and two counts of shooting with intent to kill.

All the victims in the case are said to be black, but authorities haven't as of yet described the incidents as racially motivated.

Among those killed were Bobby Clark, 54, Dannaer Fields, 49 and William Allen, 31.

The shootings all took place within Tulsa’s mostly black north side.

Both suspects have now confessed to the crime.

Patrick Ziska Gets Big Break Behind Bars

A struggling actor from Ohio has finally been noticed and then indicted by a federal grand jury on child pornography charges.

Patrick Ziska, 22, is alleged by the DOJ to have distributed various video files of young children involved in sexual acts over the Internet sometime between 2008-2009.

The Strongsville man also allegedly downloaded child pornography onto his personal computer.

Ziska, who writes on his resume as appearing in a Cadillac commercial, can also be seen as a police officer in a small film called "Freerunner", which is now currently available on Netflix.
